I don't usually write reviews but the service today was exceptional for a Boston Market! I assume he was the manager, made a couple exceptions for me today with doing two flavors for my 3pc dark meat meal, which I chose Perri perri & roasted garlic & herb, going with his suggestion, which usually they're not allowed to do; and also letting me have ciabatta bread instead of the corn bread which I despise here - even providing an entire half roll of the bread!...
My score is based mostly on service... the place had a few dirty tables when we arrived. It took a while to get them cleaned, this is a normal Boston Markets... the pot pie we ordered was bad, they immediately swapped out the dish (which was great), there was no question as what or why. The cook later went to tell us there was an issue with the freezer....
