I ordered two burgers with bacon they had too much sauce on them but that wasn’t really an issue just a bit excessive. The real issue was that I paid extra for bacon and didn’t get it on both of my burgers I didn’t notice until I got home and opened the box. Now I live 20 minutes away so that’s a 40 minute drive without traffic and that just ruined my whole meal

You know that the burger didn't come out perfect the first time but without any issues or problems Joey went ahead and made sure that it was taken care of made sure that I got the food that I needed and it was delicious and I appreciate his service and his candor throughout the entire experience with something that is rare these days it seems to have people not get offended when they need to make right an order. Thanks to Joey and his due diligence and making sure that we got what we paid for and what we wanted this done in experience was more than pleasurable

The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious — easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The staff was very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Even the lead came by to check in, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe for a casual lunch. Definitely recommend Burger Boss if you’re looking for quality food and great service!

I absolutely love this place! I eat gluten-free and try to stick to halal, and I’m very health-conscious, I even avoid seed oils, so finding food that meets all my dietary needs is not easy. This is truly my dream place to eat, and I feel so blessed to have found it.
There are only two locations in OC, but I travel all over California for work, and this is the only place where I feel completely safe eating with all my dietary restrictions and allergies. Every time I visit the Tustin location, the team goes above and beyond. They’ve treated me to complimentary drinks or fries, and today the manager even waived the charge for the gluten-free bun, which was so thoughtful.
On top of the incredible ingredients and delicious food, their customer service is top-notch. I even forgive them for messing up my Uber Eats order last time. Love you guys! ❤️

Unfortunately, our experience here was not very pleasant. The orders we received were all incorrect, and when we asked for help, the staff member seemed uninterested and inattentive. While other tables were being served, our table was ignored, and we ended up having to get the food ourselves. Hopefully, the service can improve in the future.
