I ordered two burgers with bacon they had too much sauce on them but that wasn’t really an issue just a bit excessive. The real issue was that I paid extra for bacon and didn’t get it on both of my burgers I didn’t notice until I got home and opened the box. Now I live 20 minutes away so that’s a 40 minute drive without traffic and that just ruined my whole meal
My order was done incorrectly twice!! And I was ready to leave and just get my money back. The employee, Joey, offered to make my order again. He apologized and made my order correctly. He was super nice, helpful and polite. He turned a bad experience into a great one. Food was great
