Bought a bacon double cheeseburger in the drive thru. Didn't pay attention to the order until I left the parking lot. Took a look at it bc it looked so small, and it was just a half assed bacon cheeseburger. I had to waste my time and resource to go back and get the same burger with an extra patty. $5 for a burger that was so small it did not satisfy my hunger. Watch out! Workers are shorting your food now to further harass you and inconvenience you. Maybe it's just me bc they are targeting me everywhere. Guess what the common denominator is...

I ordered a Whopper with no onions and even double-checked the receipt — it clearly says “NO Onion.” But when I got home and took a bite, there were onions in the burger. Totally unacceptable, especially since I went out of my way to customize the order. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed. This Burger King location needs to pay more attention to order accuracy. Disappointed.

They have some good deals on the but the customer service leaves something to be desired. A few bad apples have skewed my view but attempting to voice that locally and to corporate they don’t seem to care. The “fast” food is a bit misleading as they do not seem to be in a rush.
It is extremely frustrating to be forced to order via their kiosk or app only to find out that the items are not available and the staff seems to think this is a my problem.

Great service - the manager had just dealt with an angry customer and then approached us like nothing ever happened. She was kind and professional even though she had just been through a very difficult situation.

I'm a little disappointed in BK. I ordered the Shroom and Swiss Burger combo. The sandwich was half the size of their other sandwiches, like the BK King. In the picture it looks like a BIG sandwich. When in actuality it's the size of an average man's palm. They should call it "Mini Shroom and Lots of Swiss. Now I'm still hungry! 🤦

The food is “whatever”, but the prices are ridiculous. $7 for a small drink and a double CB. The burger is small and way over priced. The soda is a waste of money. Avoid BK.
I wish they would train they employees ,CORRECTLY. This USE to be my favorite burger king. But with a stupid ass lady taking ORDERS, that don't understand, A DAMN THING COMING OUT MY MOUTH. Messed it up, YOU'LL neva see me again. Good
