I'm a little disappointed in BK. I ordered the Shroom and Swiss Burger combo. The sandwich was half the size of their other sandwiches, like the BK King. In the picture it looks like a BIG sandwich. When in actuality it's the size of an average man's palm. They should call it "Mini Shroom and Lots of Swiss. Now I'm still hungry! 🤦

The fast food restaurant had great service, but the burger was a bit overcooked.
My experience is that the staff are under trained and management is incompetent at this location. For the prices y'all are charging you should at least be able to take an order.

My experience today wasn't too pleasant. The lady at the drive thru window wasn't too friendly. They didn't follow the directions mobile order. When i told her about the mistake she still got it wrong again. My advice is to listen to the customer besides they wasn't even busy. I really didn't have the time or gas to waste to go back up there.

The lady who took our order was super stingy with the sauces. My husband and I ordered three meals and the lady said we could only have two sauces and that she needs to charge us for more sauces. Two sauces for three meals?! What a joke! Never coming here again!
