Service was friendly and prompt. Food was ehhhh but im not much of a fast food person until its late and the only option or i need to eat in a hurry and its again the only option so my opinion is bias to begin with.

This location is always empty, which you’d think would make service quicker — but unfortunately, that’s not the case. The staff here don’t come across as very friendly, and the service is consistently slow even when there are hardly any other customers. The food itself is fine and what you’d expect from Burger King, but the lack of energy and customer care really makes the whole experience disappointing. Definitely not my first choice when I’m in the area.

A short while ago, I went to purchase a couple of hamburgers. It was my first time using the Burger King app, and I was not aware that I needed to provide certain numbers before placing my order in order to redeem a promotion.
When I arrived at the drive-thru window, the lady in the attached photo was extremely rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was asking for free food. She requested the numbers in a very unpleasant tone, as if providing this information was an unnecessary burden on her time.
I would also like to note that the restaurant was completely empty at the time, to the point where her coworker was standing around without anything to do.
I strongly believe that this employee should not be assigned to the drive-thru window if she is unwilling to provide respectful and professional customer service.

Bought a bacon double cheeseburger in the drive thru. Didn't pay attention to the order until I left the parking lot. Took a look at it bc it looked so small, and it was just a half assed bacon cheeseburger. I had to waste my time and resource to go back and get the same burger with an extra patty. $5 for a burger that was so small it did not satisfy my hunger. Watch out! Workers are shorting your food now to further harass you and inconvenience you. Maybe it's just me bc they are targeting me everywhere. Guess what the common denominator is...
I ordered a Whopper with no onions and even double-checked the receipt — it clearly says “NO Onion.” But when I got home and took a bite, there were onions in the burger. Totally unacceptable, especially since I went out of my way to customize the order. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed. This Burger King location needs to pay more attention to order accuracy. Disappointed.

They have some good deals on the but the customer service leaves something to be desired. A few bad apples have skewed my view but attempting to voice that locally and to corporate they don’t seem to care. The “fast” food is a bit misleading as they do not seem to be in a rush.
It is extremely frustrating to be forced to order via their kiosk or app only to find out that the items are not available and the staff seems to think this is a my problem.

I'm a little disappointed in BK. I ordered the Shroom and Swiss Burger combo. The sandwich was half the size of their other sandwiches, like the BK King. In the picture it looks like a BIG sandwich. When in actuality it's the size of an average man's palm. They should call it "Mini Shroom and Lots of Swiss. Now I'm still hungry! 🤦
