Second time I’ve been to this Burger King with the same result. They absolutely mayo bomb their food. You pick up the burger and the bun falls apart because it’s soggy and wet. The condiments are placed haphazardly as you have four dill pickle chips stacked on one side of the burger while the tomatoe is pouring out the side with patty. Pretty disgusting to eat.I know, what do I expect from a fast food place. Too much I suppose. Will not return.

Horrible, a man with mustaches feels like a gringo, super poorly served, even a feather in the burger, very dirty and rude, never good to come, especially not with that man with mustaches with the face of a cactus and according to him, he doesn't speak terrible Spanish, don't come, it's a very ugly restaurant.

Don't go her black people the lady in the drive threw ..at about 940.am Feb the eight... Had an attitude and tried to charge me for a large meal when I ordered a small... And got mad when I called her out on it ...smh....

Not a great experience in the drive through at this Burger King location. They wanted to charge me for extra dipping sauces. I ordered enough for twice as many chicken sandwiches I bought.

Not a single correct item via GrubHub. The GrubHub order was correct. The morons at this location screwed it up because... well welcome to 2023 and Irvine!Ordered their $11 double whopper, got a cheap cheeseburger.Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Got a cheap cheeseburger.Ordered 2 halfsies. Got just fries.Ordered a frozen Coke, got a mello yello.This location needs to go out of business and everyone who works there maybe should try to finish high school.

Ordered the #7.... Spicy Crispy Chicken Royale with fries and a drink. Went through the drive thru.... The service was prompt and accurate. The fries here are delicious, especially dipped in BBQ sauce. While the sandwich was extremely delicious... The meal was $15. The piece of chicken did not cover the bun and it was the thinnest chicken patty out of all the fast food chains. For the price being paid... It was a huge disappointment. I am actually still completely hungry. And I'm an average sized guy. I understand most food process are going up... BLAME BIDEN... But there is absolutely little value for the bite. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone hungry. Again... Great flavor... Weak portions.

I'm utterly disgusted that this burger king served us moldy pancakes. As I'm standing at the counter they are refusing to refund my order. The manager is on phone and taking his time all while I'm going to be late for work. This is crazy Lucio .
