I'm here in the restaurant and the staff is terrible at first the cashier whose name is Johanna didn't even turn to see me and there was another employee eating and instead of serving me she served the employee who tempted me until she wanted to and he has a very terrible attitude. Oh, we need to pay more attention to the employees who already feel like owners of the restaurant...okay.

I love coming to this Carl’s Jr , the service is always friendly , the food quality is great /consistent and it’s very clean . I go out of my way to visit this location because it’s the best one . You can tell this location is ran well !
If I could give a 0 or -0 to the service I would every time I come to get food here because my kids love Carl's Jr?♀️ they have the worst customer service specially at night. I ordered something this Saturday night trying to use my app and I had free onion rings if I used my app and apparently the code didn't worked and the girl which I believe is the manager never told me the code for the free onion rings didn't work and she charged me for them when I asked why I was being charged she seemed annoyed and didn't know why my code never worked... if people don't like to have good customer service they shouldn't work on customer service period!!!!
