Great pizza! Everything is fresh and flavorful. It is thin crust, so it does get soggy. But that’s to be expected.
The rusticci is a great “secret menu” item. Baked Cheese and bread (and your choice of meat) served with pizza sauce.

We go almost every week and get a salame pizza and it's always amazing. Probably the best pizza I've ever had.

Really great pizza with a cool vibe!
Awesome local Italian place in Old Town Tustin. Rustic and very reasonably priced, but high quality pizza as well. Their lunch special is a great value. We had a party of 5, and 4 pizzas and a salad filled us all. I'll be back!

We have heard good things about CENTRO, so we decided to go for lunch on my birthday. They gave us a nice table outside and the service was fine, at first. We all ordered the wine flight and several dishes along with 1 lunch special. It took 30 minutes for the first dish to come out, that was the lunch special. Then the pizza came out luke warm along with the other dishes one by one. It was closing time when we received our completed order and we started to be rushed out by the waiter who seemed to be prodded by the management to get us fully closed out and even our wine was put into paper cups. The waiter was very kind, but rushed cleaning all tables and doing close down as well, with no help. So, it created an anxious meal because we just received all of our food after 50 minutes. Our bill was over $200. For three, and most of the food we ordered was not really any better than the 12.00 lunch special! Wines were okay at best, but the whole experience was not one we would repeat, with the exception of the lunch special! Btw, we lived in italy for 7 years and the whole point to enjoying a fine leisurely meal is not to be rushed. To be fair, the food if served hot and in a timely manner might be a bit better, but mostly they need to think about not closing after lunch service if they dont allow patrons to complete their meal.

Cool San Francisco urban vibe here. Good service, and nice to have a bunch of beers on tap. My suggestions: pass on the bruschetta (bread is way too thick, but very nicely grilled!), arugula salad was average (I wouldn’t order again), salsicca pizza looked great and the crust was quite good but the overall flavor was just so so and the center was soggy. They make a good effort here and the food isn’t bad by any means but for a $75 lunch with two drinks and just one pizza, I am not sure it was a wise use of money.

I’m a loyal customer, we eat here a lot. We arrived on a Friday at 5 for dinner. The restaurant was empty, and there was 4 empty 4 tops on the patio. They would not set us on the patio, because they were saving it for parties of 4. They would only set us inside. We eat all the time on the patio on the 4!tops, but They would rather turn down our business than let us sit on the patio. They just lost a loyal customer

As an Italian living in California, I appreciated the pizza being authentic (i.e. delicious) and the prices being very reasonable. Great atmosphere too.

Centro is authentic rustic Italian salads, sandwiches and wood fired pizzas at a reasonable price. Their wines and craft beer are fantastic! We’ve been going for years and get the same great food and service every time. It’s great to have a place like this in the old town Tustin area.

Amazing little pizza joint!! They do NOT take reservations so bring your appetite and patience. I would recommend trying one of their in house brewed beers with your pizza to complete the experience. Save some room for dessert and walk around back to their Storico cafe and order a cannoli. Your welcome

If you're going to visit this place, please make a reservation! Parking is difficult also. if not in the rear parking, then side streets and a local parking lot up the street.Front of location is severely limited to space, and rear dining area is a very impersonal experience. In addition, the heaters on a such cold day didn't work too well. The front dining area had a wonderful feel, rustic, out if time, with an open air oven and food prep. The best experience was eating the delicious pizza. 3 of us required at least 2 to 3 pizzas, as the pizzas were small ti medium size. There's beer wine and sodas , plus other good entrees . Veggie and meat lovers are available. The only problem with this local is time management. People have no regard for waiting patrons. People just sat there; 1 to 2 hrs after they ate just chit chatting. And though the service people were trying to seat us, the location is only built to seat so many.So please make a reservation and get there 45 min early to be seated... if not, come later in the night or visit a different location. The best part, of course, was the food and the decor. For this, i give them a strong 3.
