Party of 2 went for a celebratory lunch on a Friday in September. We had made a reservation via phone call a day in advance, and they had asked us to be ready for the duck carving performance to begin at 12:15pm. The flame show lasts only 5-10 seconds, so be ready with your phones if you want a nice photo/video.
