When you are craving for a Chipotle, this is one of the better locations I've been to; their food and portions were much larger than some locations, except for the cheese, they skipped on the cheese. I dont know why. Still, overall, a good place to get your craving satisfied.

I walked in at 10:10 pm and immediately was met by an employee throwing their head back and rolling their eyes at me walking in.
I thought ok maybe this person is having a bad night, I’ll let that go. But as soon as I get up to the glass this gentleman proceeds to go “what do you want? A burrito or a bowl?” And I thought it could’ve been phrased more politely but I answered “I would like a double wrapped burrito please” and he responded “bruh” under his breath (but I obviously still heard him).
Then as he asks for additional toppings and they’re on the back counter because the entire staff is cleaning the store down , including the line.
He puts the cheese and sour cream I requested on my burrito, and at this point I also requested guac and queso on the side.
All three of my items….my burrito, my side guac , and side queso were then rolled by this gentleman like a ball down the strip of the line from where he was standing.
The burrito wrapping came undone a bit once it hit the register and I grew increasingly upset but I decided to take the higher road and leave this review instead.
I have worked at Chipotle in the past for 4 years, so I have experience in customer service and this job specifically.
He knows better than that. And I know the specific reason that we haven’t been given name tags either for me to identify him.
What I experienced tonight at this Chipotle location should be addressed and corrected. This behavior on any other night with me or any other person also not having a good night could’ve ended a different way.
Please encourage your staff to be more polite and courteous to existing and also polite and courteous customers.

I came in at ten o five and the employee behind the line threw his head back and rolled his eyes immediately they close at eleven so it made me feel super unwelcome. Throughout the whole ordering process he had a really negative attitude.He then proceeded to throw the food across the counter all the way to the register hitting it with the burrito. The only saving grace was the guy who checked us out for the food at the register he had a more pleasant attitude

I ordered double meat chciken bowl and the server gave me two scoops that were not full. I asked her if she can give me more meat, she gave me a rude and reluctant stare. Why are they so stingy on the meat?? Maybe its just location?
