Avoid this location, go to one in Irvine, i was here 2 days ago and got 2 entree. they refused to give me my 2 salsas on the side and stated I have to pay for one as they only let one side. So I paid like 1.75 bucks to get a salsa container that was only 1/4 full...On top of this location is really unhyginic, so avoid it if u don't wanna get sick.

We came in around 3:20-3:30pm Sunday afternoon. The woman who was working the line was incredibly rude. She was unfriendly to the customers ahead of us, to the other staff, and to us. When the guy ahead of me asked for steak, she was very rude about the difference between steak and the carne asada. When my wife asked for half chicken and half steak, she did 1 full portion of steak, and when my wife corrected her she put in a quarter portion of chicken. When my wife asked for the full half portion she originally ordered, the employee became defensive. However, we didn’t want a portion of steak with a couple of chicken pieces, we wanted half portions of both. So they forced us to pay for double steak. When we were confused about this she was very rude about it. She was very combative about this situation which was very uncomfortable. As we walked away after the back and forth arguing she was laughing at us.

The staff here is usually a bit rude compared to other locations, but usually to each other and just not friendly to the customers. This will be the last time we use this location.

The staff at this location is consistently rude and acts as if they’re forced to work this job and only this job. I have witnessed them being rude to customers and to fellow staff. They always appear disorganized, and half the time I feel like my food is reheated from the day before. This location, unfortunately, has consistently gone against every principle I’ve come to enjoy about Chipotle. The workers are not quality, the food is not quality, and the overall experience adds up to a bad day. The manager is very short attitude-wise and rude. I wish Chipotle would look more into this location and consider restaffing. For now, I will no longer consider this location for future purchases.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The young employee preparing my bowl was not listening to my instructions, appeared irritated, and rushed through the order. His behavior felt unprofessional, and the lack of care completely ruined the meal. Because of this poor customer service and food quality, I will not be returning.

Please use critical thinking. I understand there's a sauce limit but consider how much one person is ordering. If one person orders one burrito, yes give them only 3 salsa. But if someone orders multiple people's order, they should get more than 3. Please use your brian.

Carne asada is really dry and has a sour taste to it. Portions are way off and almost seemed like it was done on purpose. I’m done with Chipotle and their small portions and inconsistent prep. Charging way too much for this.

Considering this is typically the best chipotle near by, the service and attitude i received today by Julia, after being served a quesadilla that the cheese wasn’t even melted i am disappointed. She tried to recook the already served quesadilla which still wasn’t cooked, i asked for her to remake it. She gave me attitude, and honestly acted dumbfounded that a paying customer would prefer their meal simply remade. After remaking it she threw it in the existing tray and slide it back to me with poor attitude. I’m so disappointed that employees like this exist considering your job is to provide food for customers, i’m not sure if she’s had a bad day or was intimidated by me but that really ruined my relationship with this chipotle.

The store manager is very rude. He will make a big deal if a CHILD! Wants a cup of water. The service is terrible and the food taste disgusting and burnt. The atmosphere is hostile and very negative due to his attitude. I saw some of the employees touching each other inappropietly very unprofessional!!

The people working here were so friendly and helpful, they made me feel really comfortable. You can tell they actually care about their customers and try their best to make everyone happy. The service was quick and everything went smoothly. I also liked how organized and welcoming the place felt. It’s not easy to find places where you feel that kind of good energy, but this one definitely has it. I’m glad I came here and I’ll totally come back again. If you’re thinking about checking it out, do it! You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
