Just came in during my lunch and I experienced employees giving another customer a hard time about a serving. I have experienced this myself too and by far it’s the worst chipotle you can ever come to, employees are rude and super stingy with serving size. Plates are over $20 and you’re telling me you can only put half a spoon of protein? That’s ridiculous if you ask for more or even a manager they’re not even happy to help they will make faces and laugh at you. Mind you they’re surrounded by bunch of medical offices, businesses where people go to have lunch and to see employees act this way is absurd when you’re paying for a full meal.

The lady who served my plate was giving small portions of meet and rice and had attitude didn’t catch her name. I also found a hair in my burrito of half chicken and chicken Al pastor the chips bag I got tasted old and the chicken didn’t have a great taste.
Food is great, as usual, but the prices just keep going up. At least it doesn't appear that the portion sizes have suffered with the price increases. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

This is without question the filthiest Chipotle location I have ever been to and I’ve been to many in multiple states. I moved to this area a year ago and stopped by this location to get dinner for my family. There was food everywhere. All over the kitchen countertops all over the area where the food is, all over the counters where the drinks and napkins and forks are, covering the floor in the dining room, and many of the tables were filthy as well. Certainly no one had swept or wiped down the counter the entire day and maybe multiple days. I didn’t go back until today so today was my second attempt at this location and it looked worse than it did a year ago, the employees are very nice and friendly and attentive to the customers just not to the restaurant. I want to go back but I just can’t get past how dirty it is… if all of the surfaces that I can see look like that, I just can’t believe that the food is being stored and prepared safely. It’s a real bummer because this location is very close to my house.
