Online order this place and they are 15mins late with my order. When I arrive they tell me they are out of chicken and I ask how long untill the next batch. She goes back , starts laughing and dosesnt come back to tell me anything . Honestly its just kids working here so I can expect anything more .

My boyfriend and I LOVE Chipotle. We go every week at least 2 times. We were in the area of Tustin and wanted our favorite spot. The area looks nice, so you would think the staff and restaurant are clean. Wrong. Looking into the kitchen we could already tell it's one of the dirtiest Chipotles we've been too. The floor is disgusting, some trays aren't filled, and an employee was walking around the food with his phone out. After receiving my food, I notice him grab a side bowl, scoop food, and eat it there on the make table. I hope the food is not being handled that way in the back of the house because It's a food violation. I work at a fast food as well so I know. I ate my food, but I'm scared I might get sick. Manager needs to get on top of their cleanliness. Other chipotles I've been to have been spotless even at their busiest. It is 9pm when we dined in.

Protein portions are ridiculously small you get about 3/4 of a spoonfull. I have been here twice and the experience was the same first time the rice was undercooked. The second time the veggies where undercooked.

Food quality was awful. Staff didn't care at all when we told them about the issues presented in the pictures. My wife's burrito wasn't wrapped all the way and the kid who wrapped it could care less about quality. And on top of that there was food all over the line that could easily be cleaned up and it got all over our hands when we pulled our food out of the bag. Very disappointed and the like I said when I said anything they just looked at me and pretty much made it clear they don't care.

Gave super small portions and were pretty rude at the cash register. They were also slow so there was a huge line. I would recommend going to the sandwich restaurant next door instead of this Chipotle.

workers are in dream land not paying attention added other persons food into my order. made no effort to fix issue after i paid for items the other person then paid me while worker did nothing to fix issue.. checked out nobody home..

Extremely poor service and attitude from the staff. Ordered a kids meal with a cheese quesadilla and asked for the meat as a side. They charged for an extra side of meat because it's not inside the quesadilla. Also an extra dollar for sour cream on the side. You're better off going to any chipotle other than here.

Last month had a great carne asada burrito was so excited to get another one tonight but they got it all wrong. I know things get mixed up but I just wanted to say that the burrito was not good and not up to your standards. Idisappointed :( asked for beans & rice on the side but they didn't do it so could barely taste the carne asada. ;/

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and this specific location because they had the smoked brisket. The meat was super greasy. Barely gave you any severing of meat (one of my tacos had 3 pieces of meat). They were out of Coke. Watched them restock utensils with their bare hands. Got a side of gauc with 2 smashed seeds in it. 1 bathroom was closed and the other was filthy.Highly suggest to NOT come to this location.

Went in today with some coworkers and our experience was awful. I got the smoked brisket and they scooped the rest of what they had which was purely the burnt scraps at the end, asked for sour cream and cheese, they said they're out of both, i asked about the sour cream that they were using for online orders and they repeated that they are out even though i was looking at it. They were also out of cheese. Three of the soft drink options were also out, the ice was also out, and to top it off I watched them replacing all the spoons and forks with their bare hands, making sure to touch every bit of the silverware without gloves on. Time for new management or ownership.
