Why this thing posted 4 star when I keep putting 1 and that star is because their ice cream is decent. Just too bad the CS sucks.

My have times changed. Quality is terrible. Croissants are more than a day old and hard. I think the ownership changed. This place will be going out of business soon. No attention to details and no customer service. No wonder the whole food hall is going out of business except the bar! Don't waste your $$$ or gas to go here!

WHO RUNS THIS PLACE? I'm genuinely concerned. We were so excited to try this desert spot and we drove 30+ minutes and needless to say, I am truly SO disappointed. The two kids working did not say a word to any of the guest. Not a peep. They were like zombies and took forever to even scope ice cream. I felt like I was watching a slow motion film. Also, one of the kids was wearing PAJAMAS.... PAJAMAS. Okay, but the food... the churro was as hard as a ROCK I could not even bite into it. The sprinkles were just as hard. I had to throw away everything, it was sooo bad. I'm not really one to go out of my way to write a bad review, but man this was BAD. The sad part is, so many guest tonight had to experience the same thing which means they probably lost people ever wanting to come back. Wanted to like this place, but definitely will not be returning.

I love coming to Churned and it has been hit and miss but now, it's more miss than anything. The only reason I gave it such a low rating was because normally, the jar is full. The guy who was working there today said that was how he was trained to do. I practically begged for the 3rd scoop. If you pay for a pint jar, shouldn't you get a pint's worth? I don't get to visit as much as I would like anymore because I have since moved out of the area and to make a drive of 45 mins each way for 3 scoops of ice cream and paying that much seems ridiculous! I'm sorry Churned. You deserve waaaaay better! You have the best flavours, hands down.

Just a heads up, I was out with my family for dinner, decided to grab ice cream for my son. Showed up before 10 (which is when they close). The girl working (Fernanda) was joking with some customers who appeared to be her friends. She was handing out brownies to them and they we're having a great time apparently, all while my son and I were waiting to be served. Eventually, she turns to me and says, 'sorry. They're my last customers.' I proceed to walk away, but then randomly had the urge to check yelp and see what time they close. 10 o'clock. My son and I head back over, Fernanda is still laughing with her friends. I ask politely, 'what time do you guys close?' she gave me the meanest look and yelled 'IN TWO MINUTES.' to which I replied, 'so you close at 10?' and said, ''YES. IN TWO MINUTES.' Really? Fernanda chose to give free brownies and joke with her friends WHILE THE SHOP WAS STILL OPEN, and then had the audacity to tell me they were her last customers, again, while they were still open, instead of spending literally 2 minutes to scoop ice cream and make money for a small business in a time where small businesses could probably use all the help they could get. I don't get it. I couldn't care less that my kid didn't get ice cream. He'll survive. I'm more upset that the people that own this place are getting screwed because the kids they employ would rather give out free things to their friends and turn away customers than to actually do their job.

The staff was so nice and was very helpful in telling us about the product. The ice cream was really yummy and flavors are very cool. Bread is amazing and not too sweet

Nice little ice cream shop with lots of flavors. Nutella and captain crunch. Oreos and gummy bears. Fruits and jelly beans. There are 15 or so flavors with tons of toppings. All the ice cream is churned on site. Pretty cool

Today I bought a $40 6" taro ICE CREAM cake for my husband's birthday because he wanted some ice cream cake. There was absolutely NO ice cream in this cake whatsoever. This is literally ALL buttercream frosting inside and out with vanilla cake. If I wanted a regular cake, I would've gone to Paris Baguette or 85 for a higher quality and even less expensive cake. Come on now. How do you not know how to differentiate between a traditional cake and an ice cream cake? Freezing buttercream is not ice cream. It's not even good. Major disappointment and a waste of money. The rest of the cake is going into the trash. Don't buy "ice cream cake" here. Go to Baskin Robbins or Coldstone... or even Ralph's.

Their ice cream is very good. Got an expresso filled croissant with caramel and my god was that delicious.

Gross Practice, BEWARE! Cashier/food handler took cash transactions wearing gloves, then handled toppings for ice cream without changing gloves. I can't.

Ice Cream were alright. Waited for the place to open was kinda a hassle. It said open at 12 but they open at 2pm. The staff was nice though.

First time had to write a one start review, if I can i would give "0". Thursday, I went to the store ordered a Strawberry Sorbet Ice Cream Cake to pick up in two days for a birthday party. Staff John told me it would be ready on Saturday after 3 PM. But when I went to pick up the staff can't find my cake. He said he called the store manager, and the manager told him the one said Vanilla on the box is the "Strawberry" one. It didn't look like like strawberry at all, but they don't have anything else so I had to take it. It turned out it was a vanilla cake and taste nothing like their ice cream. Not only looks ugly, very different from their pictures, also taste disgusting. Definitely not worth $42. Not able to get me the cake that I pre-ordered and ruining someone's birthday is not nice!

This review is based on customer service. Came here on 1/12/22 at approximately 8:09pm because according to Yelp and Google maps, the store was not supposed to close until 9pm. My kids were excited to try their ice cream. When we got there, there was one male worker in the back. When he saw us in the front, he told us that they closed at 8pm. I told him that Yelp and Google said they closed at 9pm but all he could say was that he was sorry. My kids left disappointed. This is a business and people rely on things like Yelp and Google maps to make plans about coming or not coming to your establishment. Please make sure your hours are properly reflected online (especially a commonly used app like Yelp). This kind of thing leaves a negative impression on people and makes them not want to come back.

I've had one thing multiple times at Churned Creamery and I love it so much. As a chocoholic, the Dutch Chocolate flavor immediately caught my eye. Look, I love chocolate so much that my first email was [email protected]. (EMBARRASSING!) I've always been obsessed with dark chocolate and I particularly love when chocolate desserts have that deep, dark flavor that isn't too sweet. I'd have to say that Churned Creamery has one of my favorite chocolate ice creams of all time! It's wonderfully deep and robust in flavor. Additionally, the ice cream texture is to die for! It is unbelievably thick and creamy. It is not a light ice cream, but rather indulgent and delicious. YAY CHURNED!
