Called to ask about placing an order online. They said they had turned off DoorDash before 11 AM. Emma, the manager asked if I could call back to place my order which I did five minutes later. When I called back, they told me we’re not accepting any orders over the phone. They also weren’t nice about it, which is just inexcusable. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Claros Italian Market was such a solid stop. First off, their grocery section is packed with authentic Italian goods and imported items that you just do not find everywhere. Really cool to browse through. Their bakery case is insane too with fresh pastries made in house every day. While waiting for our sandwiches, I grabbed a mango gelato and it was honestly fire. Super refreshing and full of flavor. Now, the sandwiches. Classic take a ticket and wait for your number deli setup. Once our turn came, I ordered the Angry Joe. That bread was crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the meats were packed with flavor. I threw on some pickles and banana peppers and the combo hit hard. I absolutely demolished it. My wife got the Great Grandpa Joe on wheat sourdough, which has apparently been on the menu for 75 years, and she loved it too. We will definitely be back. So many other things I want to try next time. This place just has that old school, authentic vibe that hits right. The deli guys in the back making the sandwiches also punched out some jokes while you wait and made it into a whole experience. Was a great time, highly recommend!

Claros is awesome the food is off the charts. The wait is sometimes long but worth it u can order ahead to save time.the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is like being in a little market in italy.as soon as u walk in the door the wonderful aroma puts a smile on your face.

What a great Italian grocer for the area. Lots of options, very authentic feeling. Even though most of the people who work there are not necessarily Italian in background they know their stuff. From a pricing perspective very competitive. Be aware that it can take a while to be served or pay as it’s a busy place and has a full service delivery but that’s also because they take care with their service. Love going there!
Kid-friendliness: Not relevant. But if your kids aren’t very patient be aware it can take a while to get through line up and deli as it’s a busy place.

Excellent sandwiches. However, it always takes way too long despite there being plenty of people behind the glass. Atmosphere is very stereotypical Italian. They also have some interesting food and treats if you are looking to grab specific things and go. Just don't get stuck in the sandwich / deli line.

Visited here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Would have loved to have tried more things but the meat counter was just grid locked. Was here for 45 minutes and they only called about 6 numbers, they stillnhad 10 numbers to go before they got to me, so i grabbed some groceries and took off. Need to speed that up, that's way too long. I did get some really good cheese that was recommended by a staffer that was very knowledgeable and friendly.
