Cream Pan Bakery in Tustin offers an impressive selection of fresh bakery items and light meals. Their menu includes a range of sandwiches such as katsu, along with sushi rolls and other Japanese-inspired dishes. Service is consistently quick, prices are reasonable, and the outdoor patio adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Ample parking makes it convenient, though weekend lines can be quite long — a testament to their popularity.

You have got to try their strawberry cream croissants. You might as well go ahead and buy a six pack because otherwise you'll be turning your car around and driving back.

A Must-Visit Bakery Gem — Consistent, Fresh & Always Delicious!
After my morning run today, I decided to stop by Cream Pan, one of my all-time favorite bakeries. I’ve been here several times, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a bad experience. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the most amazing aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the display cases are filled with everything from sushi rolls and sandwiches to pastries, cakes, and desserts it’s impossible not to find something tempting.
I first discovered Cream Pan thanks to my brother when we were in California for my wedding. He stopped by to grab some snacks, and that’s where my love for this place began. We picked up the crispy chicken sandwich, the turkey avocado sandwich, the strawberry and cream sandwich, and of course, the famous olive bread with dipping olive oil and wow, that olive bread is what won me over! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.
Since then, I’ve been back several times, and the consistency has been impressive. My favorite item is definitely the turkey avocado sandwich, followed closely by the crispy chicken sandwich. There was one time my olive bread came out slightly burnt, but every visit after that has been perfect they really do pay attention to quality.
Today marked my fourth visit, though I arrived a bit late in the afternoon, so many items were already sold out (a good sign of how popular this place is!). They were out of the turkey avocado sandwich, but one of the sweetest employees recommended their egg sandwich, saying it’s a customer favorite. I also decided to finally try their famous strawberry croissant with custard.
Both were incredible. The egg sandwich was light, creamy, and super fresh one side had tomato, the other cucumber, giving it the perfect balance of texture and flavor. The strawberry croissant was pure heaven flaky pastry, smooth custard that wasn’t overly sweet, and fresh strawberries dusted with powdered sugar on top. Everything about it was perfect.
My mom also loves Cream Pan every time I fly back home to Miami, she makes sure I bring her the olive bread. It’s become our little family tradition now.
Overall, Cream Pan is a solid 10/10. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It’s one of those rare bakeries that truly lives up to its reputation. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

Not sure what the all the fuzz is about. We took 6 of the strabery croissants. They were OK, but nothing to write home. About.

Unfortunately, their strawberry croissants have diminished in size yet increased in price. No longer the value it used to be, and the strawberry slivers are now crazy thin :(

I run Pacific Patisserie, and as someone deeply passionate about quality pastries, I truly appreciate what Cream Pan offers. Their strawberry cream croissant is unmatched — fresh, flaky, and filled just right. Every pastry I’ve tried here reflects care, consistency, and authentic flavor.Beyond the food, I admire their dedication to quality ingredients and the variety they bring, from breads to sandwiches. It’s inspiring to see a bakery uphold such high standards, and it has been a wonderful experience for me both personally and professionally. For anyone who loves pastries or is looking for a reliable bakery in Tustin, Cream Pan is absolutely worth visiting

One of my favorite breakfast places of all time. The quality of the product is amazing.

The quality of the service from new employees work in the counter is terrible. The look on their face is one of misery and hate of their job. I felt bad for them, until they greeted me with what do you want... I travel quite a distance to come here, and I spend a bit of money. The atmosphere is terrible and the new employees seem like they hate their job.

Lots of parking, long lines that move quickly. Beautiful cakes and pastries, sandwiches. Not the best pastries I've had, but the cremes are delicious. There are a few tables and chairs outside. Pretty sunny in the morning.
