The WORST service I've experienced anywhere. We ordered two large icecreams (about $18 each) and asked for 4extra spoons for the kids and the owner asked back "WHAT?". Ruined what could've been an enjoyable desert time. Never going back.

We came in like 20 minutes before closing, but there was no line so we figured good to go. I ordered a shake and my wife ordered one of their creations. Problem was, when we got our ice cream, they were closing down. Instead of a shake, they hand me normal ice cream. I told them I ordered a shake, and they basically said "sorry, can't help you, we're closing" and just shrugged like it's my problem now. I wasn't having this, because I paid for a shake, so if you're not gonna give me what I ordered, I'd like a refund, please. So the dude gets on the phone with his boss, and finally says he'll remake my order. Halfway through making my shake, his coworker comes over and says he needs the old one back. Like, you've already made it and given it to me, legally you have to throw it away because you can't serve it to anyone else. It was their fault they messed up, you'd think they'd just have me keep the messed up order as well as an apology, but nope. All around just a bad customer service experience. More annoyed with the attune of "sorry, can't help you" when they messed up. Edit: the shake they made me was definitely not oat based like I requested.

It was a relaxing experience being able to eat my ice cream inside. The Captain Crunch Ice Cream flavor was delicious too.

Customer service wasn't there. Ice cream was good, but way too pricey. It's $17 for an icecream. Now they don't have the option for a smaller size so you're forced to spend the $17 for one. I asked -who I believe was the owner- and was told there is no other option in a rude tone. This is an independently owned Creamisty so I believed they're allowed to price as they want, but that's unfair. Save yourself the disappointment and drive to a different Creamistry for better prices and service!

This place is a scam. One creation and 1 scoop of ice cream was 30.40. Basically one scoop of non dairy ice cream was 15 dollars. The captain crunch ice cream was disgusting and tasted like corn flakes? It didn’t taste anything like captain crunch, after taking one bite I asked to switch flavors because it was so bad and they refused to do anything. I cannot tell you how strongly I advise NOT coming hereDietary restrictions: The notice that non dairy or vegan based is tiny and they don’t tell you.

They don't honor the birthday rewards at this location. They are short staffed. I waited in line for 20 mins only to find out they don't do free scoop for your birthday.

Obviously the name creamistry makes you want to come here and enjoy a nice creation, but the service from the owner is absolutely horrible I don’t understand what’s so hard about adding a few extra toppings never asked about how much the extra charge would be just give me what I asked you for, that’s the problem she was much more worried about how much more it would be and how she apparently couldn’t do this or that because her system wouldn’t allow it simple just tell the guy making the ice cream what I want so he can do it, and to top it off let’s talk about how slow and understaffed they are, definitely not acceptable considering how expensive compared to other creamistry’s they are, first and last time i come to this location,
I love love Creamistry!! The ice cream is honestly unmatched, it's just pricey for what it is. Was initially skeptical of the service upon reading other reviews but the man helping me was pretty nice. We came in Thursday night so it wasn't busy. We got our delicious ice cream in 5-10 minutes

Similar to other reviews, it took an eternity to get our ice cream. We were the only ones in the store and it took 20 minutes. Very hard when you have an eager toddler with you. But when we did get it, it was well presented and tasted good.A huge pro for general creamistry: ice cream made on site stays frozen, it has made a 15 minute drive home in tact.

Overpriced for what it is. Big location to fit many people but empty inside. Affogato barely comes with ice cream and it gets stuck on the spoon so often it's hard to eat. Not worth the price with so many other great choices these days that taste better for much less.

Clean environment, kind husband and wife working behind the counter, tasty ice cream. The price is just bonkers to me. I know it is specialty ice cream, but it was so expensive. If you've never tried nitrogen ice cream, I would say try it. If you've had it, I don't know if it's worth the price .
