Food is actually decent but they don't give AF about live customers. If a live customer is standing at register in the middle if an order you dont step away and take a cellphone from some other customer, interrupting the order to talk to some remote weenie on the phone for at least 6 minutes (do t know how much longer as we finally walked) asking detailed questions about what goes in a bowl how much it would cost with these toppings etc. to hell with that. COVID is no excuse for rude s*** service. Never again.

Amazing service!!Yelp says the Location was open until 4 and I arrived 15 min past 3pm but the cashier, Tyler, gladly accepted my order without hesitation. The poke bowl- salmon was amazing! Great customer service and amazing food, can't beat that!!

Okay honestly, I come here specifically for their salmon bites. It's actually pretty good. Their musubi is also very unique but it is on the pricer end so I can't just make that at home. But truly, the salmon bites will surprise you it's like chicken nuggets!

This is the place that made me fall in love with poke! Every time I've gone it's always been good. I can never get enough of it. Recently I went back here after about a year and it's still as good as ever. They have a wide variety to choose from, and it's just good overall. Seating is a bit limited but it's usually never been a problem for me. Also, very reasonably priced. Definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed.

This is my go-to poke place in SoCal because of the unique add ons and appetizers they offer. Though it's comparable to many others nearby their soft shell crab masubi steals the show. I also can't eat poke the same after trying it with a fried egg on top, if I'm able I'll do the same to all other poke bowls I get elsewhere. I think they lack freedom in customization especially since they limit the number of toppings you can choose without being charged more which is my only gripe about the place. Why should I pay $.25 for every topping once I exceed 5 when other places offer the same common toppings with little restriction? Overall they have good service, maintain a clean area, and I've never had problems with the quality of the food they offer. I thoroughly enjoy their bowls but when I want a lot of poke for a fair price I'd go elsewhere.

No sir. Besides the reasonable prices, there's not much I can say that I like about this place; I actually gave up just a couple bites in. I did a make-your-own poke bowl with white rice and spicy tuna, topped with spicy mayo, sliced jalapeí±o, wasabi, chili oil, and tempura flakes. I also asked them to prepare it spicy but I'm not really sure what that entailed. Anyways, the spicy tuna was way too fatty for my taste, so that was a no. I don't like that you couldn't choose multiple sauces and the richness of the spicy mayo with that fatty tuna was just over the top. The jalapeí±os were sliced too thinly to add the crunch I was hoping for, and if there were tempura flakes, they didn't add any crunch either. There was another topping I'm not familiar with that I was not a fan of. No added spice from any chili oil. Anyways, with the plethora of poke places in OC, I will not be a returning customer.

This place is the most overrated 4 star poke place in the Tustin area. Protein to rice ratio is ridiculous and limited toppings. The 5 toppings you get to choose end up being such small portions In the bowl. for example, I got cilantro and it was like two cilantro leaves. Overall very disappointing experience and won't be coming back.

I love this place but honestly they're lacking in customer service. I came in at 7:45 and wanted to order just one spam musubi and the lady and the counter said okay and called out spam musubi to the kitchen. However, the person in the back said no. They stated that bc they're closing in 15 min they wouldn't make any more musubis. I've been here plenty of time even before closing and I never had a problem with them making food last minute for their customer until today 9/8/2019 7:45 pm.

TLDR: Fantastic poke bowls, musubi is delicious. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I'm a little disappointed, once again, at Cubed Poke. A few years ago when I wrote a review on our family Yelp account, it was because the to-go system wasn't as expedient as expected when someone orders ahead and is given a pick-up time. Today, my distress comes from the lack of effort put into my coconut juice that I ordered as part of a pick-up from Grub Hub. I was definitely looking forward to enjoying this fresh drink but was sadly disappointed to find that it wasn't properly opened. I paid $4.50 for this and have spent my own time trying to open it just to get some drops of fresh coconut juice. I've had no luck and am now vowing to no longer visit Cubed Poke. I've given them plenty of second chances, but with every disappointment, I just feel more like a schmuck...you win Cubed Poke- I will now officially quit you.

If you love poke, this is the place for you. If you're not sure, this is the place for you. They also have yummy choices for those who are not yet ready to try poke . They also have many spam options.
