Decided to come here for a lunch takeout and was immediately greeted with a courteous smile. I ordered a half chicken katsu and half beef belly curry and it was delicious. Chicken katsu has a nice crunch and texture to it and the beef belly has a nice crisp and soft texture at the same time. I will definitely be back in the near future to their other dishes.

Curry DO is honestly one of my favorite restaurants in the entirety of SoCal. I love, love, love Japanese curry, and hadn’t found any places that quite lived up to what I grew up with, until I found Curry DO. The food here is now my gold standard by which I compare other restaurants’ curry to, and I would go every week if I could. I’ve enjoyed every item I’ve ordered so far, but I would definitely recommend the beef belly curry rice, gyoza, and matcha latte with honey...
