My family and I order Dave’s Hot Chicken regularly. We haven’t found another place that makes chicken like this in a variety of heat levels. Sliders are our favorite-generous portion, amazing flavor, texture, and always hot!

I ordered two sliders with fries and another order of a slider with fries and mac and cheese. From what I understand, you’re supposed to get two sauces per order. I called the restaurant to make sure I’d receive all four sauces, but the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I was only allowed two sauces total. I asked if he could charge me over the phone for the extra sauces, but he said, “I don’t know.”
When I requested to speak with a manager, he hung up on me. This is not the experience I expected. I will be contacting corporate and sending them an email about this — what a nasty and disappointing experience.

Been coming to Dave’s for years and this location is constantly bad they never put sauce in a cup they only give you one packet most of the time chicken is dry and today they skimped hard on my chicken and I received by far the smallest price I’ve ever gotten from them it’s about half the size it normally is not sure why I keep trying with this location honestly
First, turn the music down - it was way way loud that the cashier could not hear my order, and I could barely enjoy sitting at the table. As for the food, I can safely say I got my year's worth of salt and sodium. The chicken was cooked perfect, yet the seasoning and saltiness was far too saturating to truly enjoy the food. If I try for a second trial, I may consider asking for seasoning in a cup on the side.

They constantly mix up orders, after which I just stopped tipping them. But the last time, actually today, I asked for my chicken to be made not spicy, and they made it super spicy, so much so that it is simply impossible to eat. Do you hire people who have at least finished school? The last time I visited that place.
