Ordered oolong MT with boba with minimal sugar a few weeks back, very watered down tasting (I always get minimal sugar with oolong MT, and my favorite boba place’s Oolong MT does NOT taste like straight water lol), the cap was not properly sealed, there was a gap somewhere between the seal and bottle, so I had to handle the drink very carefully. Not the greatest experience, will not be coming back anytime soon

I love to come here with my son cause his daycare is a couple doors down but I don't think it has ever been cleaned. The floors, the front door, the windows....there is just caked dirt, spider webs and dirtiness. It has made me not want to come back after seeing the same dirty grime on the front doors.

Today I ordered green tea boba milk tea with less sugar and slight ice as usual. They gave me less ice and slight sugar!!!!

After my son finished his drink last night, I noticed there was still more than two-thirds of a cup of ice left—literally. It felt like a total rip-off. His order was reguler milktea plus clear boba, cost $6.35.

A really nice boba shop. The interior is super clean with plenty of seating for a nice time to enjoy drinks and conversation. There is plenty of selection and the quality of the drinks are good. Definitely better than average, with some small snacks too. Decent prices too.

I’ve posted about this place a few times because after so many years of coming here, I’ve NEVER been disappointed!!! There are 2 drinks I normally get here; Matcha Milk Tea and The Signature Milk Tea. The boba is perfect!!! It’s not like some places where it’s slightly undercooked or no flavor. They make it the best in terms of sweetness and chewiness. The only downside is if you decide to stay, their restrooms aren’t working. We drive out of our way to come here!
