Long waiting time. I waited for my order for about half an hour
So bad!!they have restrooms and they NOT let you use it ..so weird !!
A really nice boba shop. The interior is super clean with plenty of seating for a nice time to enjoy drinks and conversation. There is plenty of selection and the quality of the drinks are good. Definitely better than average, with some small snacks too. Decent prices too.

I’ve posted about this place a few times because after so many years of coming here, I’ve NEVER been disappointed!!! There are 2 drinks I normally get here; Matcha Milk Tea and The Signature Milk Tea. The boba is perfect!!! It’s not like some places where it’s slightly undercooked or no flavor. They make it the best in terms of sweetness and chewiness. The only downside is if you decide to stay, their restrooms aren’t working. We drive out of our way to come here!

Ordered a simple brown sugar milk tea. The drink had no flavor, worker was downright lazy and the boba was mushy. Would not recommend.

It’s a shame that the ordering process is at the kiosk. I paid with cash, so fortunately I got to order with a human, but it does take out the personal element. The staff were kind and anseer d any questions I had without frustration. They were pretty young kids. I wasn’t fully in love with my honey black tea and have been to other establishments where it tasted better (I think tea was brewed too long), but there were no errors to the drink order.I like to go to tea shops to study or read, but I cannot say I would do that here. The furniture seemed dirty and the bathrooms were “out of order” which didn’t seem very inviting.Overall, if you’re just looking to grab a drink and go with little human interaction, it’ll probably work for you.

This is the Tustin outlet of Ding Tea chain stores. When you walk in you order your items using their touch screens. I guess this saves the store from hiring a cashier. Quality of tea is pretty good and consistent. There is not much of a sit down experience since there is very limited seating and no outside seating either. This place is designed for you to order, pick up and go. Parking is plenty on the strip mall lot.

The screens were having issues, the lady working was kind & helped but can we bring back having actual people to order from too? Also the music had a lot of profanity & was very clubby for an afternoon atmosphere.I was here with my 3 kids, not cool.there is plenty of great music, no need to use curse words… especially in the dayIsn’t this supposed to be a family friendly place?
Would not come here again

Why I can’t rate the zero star for the beverage? There are 90% ice filled in the whole cup! This is unreasonable and unacceptable
