Walked in and probably waited 5 minutes and no one came to assist me. There was no bell or anything to ring, but I awkwardly called out “Hello” twice to no answer. I eventually left as it seemed there was no worker present, even though the shop was open and both doors were even propped open.

Worst tiramisu gelato I’ve ever had.
It was sour, which is definitely not normal for tiramisu. When I went back and mentioned it to the staff, he insisted it was “supposed to be sour,” which made no sense. I even removed the whole tiramisu layer from the cone right in front of him.
The chocolate flavor was okay, but nothing special, and the waffle cone was soft instead of crispy.
And honestly, part of the mistake was mine too, it was my first time there and I didn’t sampler flavors before ordering. I ended up choosing things I usually like, but the taste just didn’t match the expectations.
Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The taste iwas awful We got the beast flavor and vanilla choclate chip. After few spoons we could not eat anymore. Vanilla choclate chips did not have choclate chips and no vanilla flavour. Beast flavor was supposed to be dark choclate 😕Would not visit again

Super fun, themed flavors. The Gelato has a nice pull. No artificial colors or flavors. We drive to Dolce Gelato just to taste what is new. Would be five stars but the espresso pulled for the afagato was horrible. It ruined my icecream.

I love this Gem. My favorite place to get Gelato after a great day at the beach! They have all usual flavor plus a few unique ones that I could Sample. The staff was very helpful and recommended a few that I would never tried, and quickly loved the variety. Love it!

I was excited to try the gelato here, but unfortunately it was quite average. The texture wasn’t as creamy as I expected, and the flavors felt a bit flat. It wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t stand out compared to other places I’ve tried. For the price, I was hoping for something a bit more special. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn’t make a special trip to come back

I went in last night with a group of friends at about 9. The two workers didn’t say a word to us the entire time. They just stared at us blankly as we got samples, ordered, and paid. Idk if they were like really high or had no social skills. But it was weird
