I placed an order at 11:45 and when I got there they said they received the order too late so they didn't make my order. Instead they told me I could have a cold old pizza someone forgot to pick up or something

Pizza was good and when I went in for pickup the place seemed pretty clean. Not too busy and was a nice and easy transaction at the register. Staff seemed pretty cool and efficient.

I am 8 minutes away from the store and ordered food at 730pm last Saturday night and had to call and ask where I’m driver was at 900pm. I was told he would be at my place in 7-10 minutes. I waited until 930pm and he was about 20 minutes in the opposite direction from when I last checked. When I called they put me on hold twice after already calling once and nicely asking where my order was. I tried again from a different cell number and they answered right away and when the guy found out it was me he was very vulgar, started to raise his voice, when I told him I am calling corporate and they needed to issue me my refund he laughed and hung up the phone. Get people who we can understand over the phone. Corporate told me that the store manager was supposed to give me a call but never did.

I placed an online order that showed as delivered when it did not. I called the store and the clerk told me he would get back to me and put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I drove to the store myself and asked the store clerk what happened with the call/delivery and the only thing he had to say was “i’m busy”
Do not order from this location. I ordered a pizza and was not satisfies with it whatsoever. They offered 1.10$ sauce on my next order for free…

The worst experience ever. I been buying pizza from this location for the past 8 years. Upon entering the establishment there was a yelling from a customer regarding extra toppings she had paid for and was missing. I didn't think anything of until I got home and looked at my pizzas. My large pizzas contained 6 and 7 pieces of sausage. My third pizza was completely missing an entire topping. I know that mistakes happen. I attempted to get a hold of someone on the phone for over 16 min and my call went unanswered. I returned to the establishment to ask to get a refund on the incorrect pizza, they tried to dismiss my request by asking me what is wrong with it after I had told them that they had made it wrong. A paying customers request for a refund should be respected when the establishment doesn't make what a paying customer requested. I will not be returning to this establishment.
