For context. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza on Mar 23, 2024 during Domino's 50% sale for all pizza promotions. Got to say that I am extremely disappointed. The amount of "Steak" was miserable. I was literally eating some form of cheese/white cream with bread. I felt mildly depressed after eating and questioned why I even spent money on this (albeit it was 50% off). Never again.

I don't know what kind of sorcery Domino's Pizza on Avenue in Tustin is using, but it's definitely working. I mean, they managed to make me forget about the sad excuse for pizza down the street at Little Caesars. And trust me, that's no easy feat.When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee who was literally doing it all - making pizzas, serving customers, probably even fixing the sink in the back. But you know what? He was doing it all with a smile on his face. That's dedication right there.The cheese pizza was ooey gooey perfection, the pepperoni pizza was a spicy little number that hit just the right spot. Yummy yummy in my tummy, indeed. So if you're ever in the mood for some delicious pizza and a side of entertainment (watching a multitasking magician in action), head on over to Domino's Pizza. You won't regret it.

Our company orders pizza from this restaurant many times a year, for meeting for training.I don't understand z why they do not have napkins or plates.Order pizza 3 weeks after superbowl.Counter person said.They were all gone because of this event.Place another order, this week.Was told.We just ran out.This wasn't my or a coworkers first time ordering.Get you act together !!!Stop making lies

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Or any Dominoes for that matter. Horrible service and terrible employees. Ordered 16 pizzas at 9:30am for 11:45 pick up. They never made the order. When I came at 11:45 they told me they were too busy and my order was too big. But another lady with just a 2 pizza order came in after me and they didn’t make her order either. I could see my order at the top of the screen had been sitting there since the store opened. The employee chose not to make my order. The employee’s attitude was horrible and never apologetic. Luckily little Caesars across the street had pizza ready to go. I will never order Dominoes again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. This place is terrible and I will go to Costco or Little Caesars. I would put zero stars if I could. Worst experience of my life.

The employee made me wait 10 to 15 minutes to take my order in person and told me that I have to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich, I told her that you would have told me before and not make me wait so long and I left without ordering anything. It was bad that he ignored me for so long, busy with other things, and didn't ask me what I'm going to order.

The young lady in this establishment is absolutely disgusting. She dropped a pizza on the ground. Used the paddle and then proceeded to use the same pizza paddle that was contaminated to box another pizza. Had the pizza delivered. She also came from the back and didn't wash her hands. I explained that her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I asked for the manager. She lied and said she was the manager. She needs to be fired. If anyone gets sick from this establishment. She would be the reason. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very busy, good for them, but bad for me. They couldn't find my "ready" pickup order in the massive pile of ready pizzas, so told me it was 'coming out' still. 10 min later, once they had sorted the pizza pile and found it, they told me my pizza was ready. Was no longer hot.

This establishment doesn't wear any gloves while prepping your food. All I see is bare hands touching on the topping ingredients and so forth. I ask that the owners please implement that their staff wear gloves while prepping the food. I CANCELED MY ORDER AND REQUESTED A REFUND. I couldn't except that food. I just couldn't ??

I don’t ever leave reviews not even for bad experiences and because I work in fast food too but I Managed to order 1 pizza and a pasta at 10:08 pm and it arrived at 12:40 AM…. I called 2 times both times they said the driver was coming. The first time they said I was 3 stops away, the second time they said the driver got lost and I was the next stop. By the time I got my food 2 hours and 30 mins later, it was ice cold. I don’t mind reheating the food but how can I order something at 10:08 pm and it arrives at 12:40 AM and it wasn’t nothing but a pizza and pasta. I am sure they tried their best but this wasn’t a good experience ever.

I ordered my one topping pizza 30 minutes ago and they started my order 10 minutes after i arrived, i ended up being late for work cause of the slow staff.
