Went in this morning to get a dozen donuts for the office. I had to stand in the store for over 25 minutes after ordering to get it.

I usually go for my boss's coffee and some breakfast. But ever since the self service screens went up, the service is the worst. It's hard to even get someone to acknowledge you, I prefer to pay cash so I end up waiting 5-10+ minutes to even put an order in. The wait for the food is usually just as long or longer. They always make the drinks first too, so they end up being watered down by the time you're actually out of there.

People are nice .
BUT
they are ALWAYS understaffed.
Takes too long to get served. To come in and out for donuts is 15 -20 minutes.

Moths were flying around in their donut case, and the employees didn’t seems to care. I left without buying anything.

so I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up to get my free coffee. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel and cream. I pull up to the drive-thru and get my coffee and as I’m exiting the parking lot, I taste my coffee and see that they forgot to have the caramel. That’s fine. It’s a simple mistake. I go back through the drive-thru and ask the girl if they could add the caramel. I pull up to the window and she takes my coffee (which was unusual since at this exact location they have that told me that they cannot take back drinks for hygienic purposes). Fine, the worker takes my coffee for like .2 seconds and then gives it back to me. Confident that the issue was resolved, I drive away and taste it to find that not a single trace of caramel was in the coffee- it tastes the exact same. At this point I am running late so I just leave. I think it’s messed up that she played in my face and pretended to add the caramel when she didn’t. It’s a real shame because over the years I have given this Dunkin so much of my money.

really confused how they decide to make their orders here. how did i go through the drive thru and have it say on the screen 1 small iced coffee with 2 pumps of cookie dough, 1 pump brown sugar, cream, and extra ice. when i get to the window im handed a black coffee with cookie dough and that’s what the tag says. literally how does that happen? what happened in the 30 seconds it took for me to reach the window? i hand it back for cream and somehow this is my fault. i ordered through the drive thru as when i sent in a mobile order 2 days ago, after 22 minutes, i arrived and they still hadn’t made it. there is just no way management is at all present here.

They take forever to complete an order I came in at 8am and it is now 830am I am still waiting they don't have a system down to get orders out all the orders that are done and ready are for people who are not even in here yet to pick up and yet the other 10 people who are currently in the store haven't even got half of their order yet... They need a better system put in place for being a busy business
