I get coffee here everyday. They make it the specific way that I like which is great, and they will take it back and remake it if it's not made the way I like it. I will say All of the employees have come in contact with have been accommodating and courteous, however; a couple of months ago I had an employee be very rude to me at the drive though window. I forgot the exact exchange that led up to her response to me but she said "That's what I thought" and when I said excuse me and ask her repeat it she didn't.

This location is usually very busy. If you go inside and order from the kiosk, it is usually faster than drive-thru. I would avoid after 3 o'clock due to its proximity to a nearby school, and the kids tend to hang out there and get picked up from there.

I had a very bad experience on my last visit with Jesse 833131, every time I visit this Dunkin store the employees are unhappy and show no interest to be there, or attend the buying customers with any respect or interest of showing any good customer service! Thereās no manager on duty either who cares about the bad service that employees are providing.
