When I stopped here the poor employees were being berated by an aggressive, vulgar man that had called the police because they refused to help him for calling an employee a disparaging vulgarity. They handled the situation professionally. Their service exceeded expectations and the food was great too.

I get coffee here everyday. They make it the specific way that I like which is great, and they will take it back and remake it if it's not made the way I like it. I will say All of the employees have come in contact with have been accommodating and courteous, however; a couple of months ago I had an employee be very rude to me at the drive though window. I forgot the exact exchange that led up to her response to me but she said "That's what I thought" and...

This location is usually very busy. If you go inside and order from the kiosk, it is usually faster than drive-thru. I would avoid after 3 o'clock due to its proximity to a nearby school, and the kids tend to hang out there and get picked up from there.
