I had a take out from here with a friend and then returned to eat here sometime later. The food was very good both times. The only thing I wish were different is the type of plates. They serve on plastic. Apart from that, it’s a pretty good, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant.
I recently had a meal at The Habanero and overall, it was a decent experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and had a nice, casual vibe that made it feel comfortable to sit and enjoy the food. The mole and pupusas were alright — nothing extraordinary, but definitely satisfying, especially for the price.

First time at El Habanero and I had the best experience! It felt just like home as soon as I walked in. The mole is one of the best I’ve ever had!! Hands down. Salsa is really good too. Oh and the menudo and the fish tacos! I’ll be back forsure really soon.
