September 19,2025 at 5:10 pm. Sandra was rude and had a terrible attitude. I know she works somewhere that may not be her dream job, but don’t take it out on the customer. Just be polite and professional. I’m certain that’s part of their training. My son was waiting inside for 30 minutes for order. I went inside and order was sitting on counter for pick-up. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Sandra again, which was very unpleasant. Destiny gave us our drink, and she was the SWEETEST and most polite person! Overall, I will not visit the El Camino Real location in Tustin, Ca again.

We got 5 meals. They only gave us 2 small bags of chips, and two sides of tortillas. When we asked for our 5th side of chips the lady got defensive and said our order didn’t come with it. Even though we told her it was 5 meals we ordered. Also the classic chicken burritos had two tiny pieces of chicken, so greedy. Luckily we didn’t have the energy to argue with them so we just let it be.

Food was amazing! Service was amazing! Atmosphere unknown because I didn't go inside, but I'm sure it's just as amazing. Drive was longer for me, a new person to the area, and I past a few other locations but they had lower ratings. Worth the extra distance. Keep up the good work!!

They forgot to pack my son’s quesadilla in the bag and then refused to refund us without coming in. The manager also hung up on me. We had an extremely poor experience with this location today, and I’m going to report this to corporate. The manager working at this location, Today on July 13, should be written up.

Almost every time I make it a to go order something is missing. Today, my salad was missing. I called and explained that, and asked if they could deliver it since that was going to be my lunch and I was already back home. I spoke to the manager who said she can get me another salad if I come back, but she cannot get it delivered. I’m not going to drive back again while my family is having lunch because of a mistake you made. You need to do better.

I was amazed by the floor service of Pacundo a 75 years old guy working here. He welcomes clients by name Bring food to clients to the table Helps remove trays when done. Maintain napkin dispensers full And he is not doing any of the above He is with the broom cleaning the floor.

It's the first crazy chicken I've been to and there is a waiter, an older man, who keeps an eye on all the tables and offers you more sauce or whatever is offered, (10 out of 10)
