It's the first crazy chicken I've been to and there is a waiter, an older man, who keeps an eye on all the tables and offers you more sauce or whatever is offered, (10 out of 10)

Fantastic! As with most other EPL, this one has great food. Yummy chicken and sides as well. Service is timely. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is super clean with easily accessible restrooms. There’s also a cute bell to ring when you’re done munching and crunching. My wife complimented their music as well. Definitely a 5 star experience and highly recommended.

Best Pollo Loco in OC. Great service (no kiosks!!!!) delicious healthy food at reasonable prices. Filiberto is a great customer service person. We will be driving the extra miles to come here.
