I have been coming to this El Pollo Loco for years with no problems, Until recently, they hired A guy that’s like 18 or 19 years old. He always messes up on the orders, not putting the chips not putting the sauces, And not providing utensils. A couple days ago, I asked Him for the sauces and the other stuff But then after he gave me the items He mean mugged me. I reported it to the management Liz she apologized and said that she will talk to him and that she will give me 50% off, but when I went in person, they did an honor the discount when I asked for the seven dollars a night I sent burrito meal special, which they replied that it’s only offered through the app which other locations they offer it in the store as well. That same guy was still there again and he continued mad dogging me, and didn’t even apologize regarding last time. I have contacted corporate and waiting to hear back from them, All I know is that this will be the last time that I will go to this location even though it’s close to my home, Over the years they have Become very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I’ve been eating Pollo Loco for years. I recently craved this food and ordered in. In all the years eating at Pollo Loco their food has not been compromised for taste. Still delicious. Still fresh. Still prepared with pride.
I went in store for a large order and was met with amazing and quick service!! Food was prepared quick and was served warm. The quality was impeccable ?
Every time I come it is a good experience, they always give me fast service and all the members are attentive

I'm never one to really leave reviews anywhere but the last two times I've gotten Pollo loco has been in this location because it's close to my gym that's in the same little plaza (Crunch) and I've been getting their classic chicken burrito. The first time I got it I was shocked at how big and fat it was, I was not able to finish it all! I thought all El Pollo Loco's were the same so when I stopped by one in Santa Ana today and got the same chicken burrito i was shocked at how small this one was. I was like what the heck??? Anyways, the point of this review is to say you guys are doing great at not being stingy with your food and your burritos are awesome

Worst service EVER and will never return. Placed a drive-through order and asked for the dressing for the chicken tosada salads for the family. Reminded them to add to the bag as well as the chips for my daughter. I should have checked my bag, but failed to do so and you would think they would be better at service, but NO. This location is the worst at least at the Tustin or Orange locations get will get what you pay for, and the service is so better because the staff does not get annoyed when you order. Will never return as they are not a single penny as their service and accuracy on orders suck.
