EverSpring Modern Chinese

We had sesame chicken and a bento box with orange chicken, cucumbers, and rice. Myself and our two growing teen boys shared those two dishes and it was plenty of food. Both chicken entrees had good bold flavor, nice quality chicken, and crispy outside. Rice was good flavor and just the right sticky-ness. Cucumbers are sooooo good.

Another reviewer with over 500 reviews suggested this place is a 'hidden gem.' That along with the other great reviews had me excited to try this place....

Don't believe the hype!

The food while it wasn't bad it wasn't all that great either.. just average chinese food....

The Kung pao has ginger in it which is a nice touch but the chicken is just so boring and not very tender.

The Mongolian beef wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to rave about. Same with the orange chicken and egg rolls.

The customer service was awesome though and that's sometimes enough reason to come back but it's definitely not even close to a 'hidden gem' !

The food is really delicious! fresh ingredients, high-quality traditional recipes, very good customer service, nice and clean restaurant area, easy ordering, and great price. Definitely my new favorite in Orange County.

A hidden gem

Good flavorful dish with large portions

We had such a great experience with Briana, she went above & beyond with her customer service & meeting our needs. The shrimp fried rice is good but what will make us come back was her great service!

I had an issue with a dish nothing bad just preference and Breanna working the front not only made us feel comfortable she made us feel like family.
We will come again and tell our friends ever restaurant should have a great employee like Breanna.

Room for improvement.

I wanted to try this place, since I was in the area. I'm a huge fan of Asian Cuisine. First off, entering this place you can tell they are trying to go the modern route, large kiosks to walk up and place your order, and I saw a robot server delivering food. It reminded me of McDonalds when they first tried going the route of using Kiosks because the y wanted to hire less staff. The ambiance of clean and well spaced; I'm assuming it's because they need a clear path for the robot server to deliver to tables.

I was with my niece and nephew. We order d three Entrée and a kids meal. I was surprised when I saw the total was over $80 for lunch. I guess they have to recoup the costs of that robot ;)

I had the Kung Pao Chicken. It was good, the chicken was well cooked, the sauce was flavorful, and the veggies and peanuts tasted good as well. It only comes with a cup of white rice. For the price, I would think it should cost less.

The service was ok. After a few minutes of staring at the ordering kiosk with a glazed look on my face, they guy behind the counter said I could use the kiosk or go up to the counter to order. We just just used the kiosk. Simple menu, but no exception when ordering.

They have a robot that delivers food to the table!! The kids meals are very generous. The entrees are also very generous- and delicious!

Fun part about this is the robot delivery. Food was good but not amazingly memorable.
Too much waste though, everything in the place was disposable. Though no plastic, all compostable materials.

just moved to irvine in the last year and found this gem. the food is amazing and the space is clean and bright. only did takeout but everything was done quickly and with great service.

had the orange chicken, crispy beef, mapo tofu, vegetable fried rice and braised string beans. superb flavor. my parents were super impressed. this is our new go-to.

Mongolian beef tastes great, meat is tender and accompanying green onions and red onions enhance the flavor. Would order this dish again.
