Came in today around 4:45 and the doors were locked already closing time till 5 how does that work? Employees in there acting like they couldn't see me maybe you guys need Employees that wanna work there whole shift

To start, the food is decent at best. They also got my order wrong. The hours for this store are 12-5, and we went in at 12:05 and they told us they weren't opening until 12:15. We get in at 12:15 and they told us to wait a few more minutes. The staff in the back weren't wearing their masks correctly, and they kept touching their faces and didn't wash their hands afterwards. I work at a fast food place, so I know that even before covid, per health regulations if you touch your face, hair or clothes you have to wash your hands before doing/touching anything else. And here we are with covid and they weren't washing their hands after touching their masks, glasses or coming from the back. They had about 6 people, so they weren't understaffed, and we waited 20+ minutes for the order when we were the second pair of people in line.

12-5pm?! I knew they changed their hours a month or two ago but I assumed with things opening back up and it being a weekend I wouldn't have expected it. It's Saturday and I tried to order online for pickup but when I went to finalize my order it said unavailable. It was 5:01 pm so they were closed. These hours are insane and it's their business so they can do what they want but I can't support a business in these hard times if they're closed.

Cons: 25 mins wait for 2 burgers and a side of fries at 2pm. Fries were overcooked so they were bitter. Some kitchen staffs' masks didn't cover their noses. Pros: There weren't a lot of customers and the tables were removed due to COVID restrictions, so there's plenty of standing spaces while you wait for your food.

Went to Five Guys for lunch. Overall it is good, but if you have to compare this place to Hopdoddy and the Cut, it is average. Had the bacon cheeseburger with the works and jalapeños. Solid burger. A few things that I don't like, they don't heat or grill their buns, American cheese, I prefer cheddar, and there is no sauce. Fries are good and my kids devoured the hot dogs.

Can't get the order right. Seem confused as they charged me too much and had to reorder all over. This place has gotten bad. Not worth it. Don't tip ahead, they will mess up the order.

My buddy & I got their grilled cheese, fries & drink. The grilled cheese is basically just a cheeseburger without the meat patty. I love their hamburgers but the grilled cheese on a hamburger bun does not cut it.

I feel like this place has gone down in quality a lot sadly. Burger was just a giant greasy mess, the bun was just soaked and didn't have any structural integrity before falling apart. The fries were great, but other than that will not be going back. Too expensive and overrated in my opinion, please save yourself the trouble and just go to in n out across the street.

I am so happy that they have hand sanitizer at the entrance and at the counter. And they enforce social distancing. I'm glad they keep their employees safe. So they could keep making the delicious hamburger and hotdogs. The food is very fresh and I had the Cajun style fries which are also very good. I like that they have a wide variety of toppings.
