This has been my go to flame broiler for the last year, I’ve always had a wonderful experience specially when Ashley is there! Ashley gives great customer service, though a little shy at first she is very sweet and polite. As soon as I get through the door she is so welcoming. Looking at the most recent review I hope that is not the reason why she will no longer be working here, knowing Ash for the last year there is no way that review can be about her and I am so sad to hear she will no longer be working here, she was a bright light to this establishment :( Also, the person who posted the one star review about horrible customer service leaves one star reviews everywhere she goes. I have received nothing but great customer service here, but maybe it’s time I go somewhere else.

Our whole experience was terrible. Very unfriendly cashier, acted annoyed that we wanted to place an order. From the minute we walked in, it was a bad bad experience. Gave us one word replies, acted annoyed we even dared to order. But here’s the biggest deal ….i got home and the ‘all white meat’ bowl id ordered was faming hot. I literally had to wash my mouth out several times after just one bite. My son said ‘I love spicy food’ so we gave it to him and even he said it was way way too hot. I know they did that intentionally. So, be aware….terrible food, terrible attitudes (who needs that ?) and just generally unpleasant

Shayna the chef made me a delicious fresh meal that helped me stay on track with my diet for summer. Frida gave me excellent customer care and was friendly /professional. Clean bright atmosphere. My kids love it. I get the half and half w veggies avocado n green onions. All hot sauces r tasty n compliments their dishes well. Thank u flame broiler shayna n frida <3

By far the best Flame Broiler I have ever been to. The service is amazing and fast the Staff treats you like family. Could not recommend a better spot if you are looking for proteins over rice and veggies!!

Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Always perfectly fresh and tasty for all of the times I have gone over the many years--- Consistently perfect !! And the staff is always amazing and the restaurant is crystal clean! I love this restaurant!!
