Fonda Moderna offers a refreshing take on modern Mexican cuisine. Their tacos are flavorful and unique, and the guacamole is one of the best I’ve had. Hands-down my favorite guisados tacos! I’m from out of town and I look forward to these tacos for months and months! They never disappoint. The chill ambiance, outdoor seating and bar are the icing on the cake. Fantastic! 10 out of 5 stars

Arrived at 6 pm on Monday and it was already closed although it should be open til 8 according to google map. I was looking forward to the tacos here. Please keep your business hours updated.

Went to the food hall for another restaurant, but it was closed. Staff at Fonda Moderna waved us over and wow am I glad they did. Very friendly and helped us decide what to get. Tacos were amazing. First time I have ever had a lobster taco, fantastic. The Birria was also excellent. Great food and great service, will absolutely go there again.

My husband and I LOVE this place! Literally our favorite place to get tacos. We always get the chips and guac and vary up our tacos. These are our favorites: Mexican squash, chicken tinga, filet, carnitas, and surf n turf.Pictured: Mexican squash, filet, and chips & guac.Not pictured: Two happy people who ate every last bite
This restaurant is set inside Mess Hall. A communal modern food court. The ribeye tacos were excellent but a little rich for my taste (ribeye is my fav cut of meat). I loved their taquitos and salad ? as well. Great options. We will def go

I had the chicken taco in a delicious marinade with cilantro. My daughter had a bean and rice burrito and it was very good. The chips were the best I've ever had. The young lady in the counter said they were freshly made.
