Since the first day Full Moon Sushi opened their doors in the City of Tustin... My Kids n I love it very much, this time we celebrated my Son's 27 wonderful years of Life and everything was delicious ? ?✨
Got hungry midway between SD and LA and craved sushi. Existing pictures and decent price point were attractive, as well as easy directions. Popped in around 1p, less busy time and mainly 1 server who greeted & invited us to sit where desired. She took our order quickly and was attentive. Food took a bit longer to arrive than expected; however, four items arrived within minutes of each other (hand roll, chef's choice, lobster roll, and HFM roll) and tasted excellent. Lunch menu has decent selection amount, and Additional menus are on table, showing rolls, sushi, Appetizers, and specials. The place could charge more for it's offerings, or one could order more to try more if it. It's tame, atmospherically, and when waiting for food I looked up to see large, grayish construction paper-type covering that was fastened/stapled to the ceiling insulation. Unsure if that's temporary. Table had some slight stickiness (napkin got stuck a bit as I repositioned it), so could have used a better wipe down, but those are the only reasons for 4 star atmo. I'd stop by here again when I'm in the area :)

This place is so good I had a sunset roll, California roll, and other dishes and they did not disappoint I asked for a 2nd round or gyoza as they were soo good, recommend them grilled. Will definitely come back for more next time.

The service is always amazing. They will do anything to accommodate you. The food always very fresh and flavorful. They don't overload the rolls with rice which I love and the prices are very reasonable .

What can I say ? If you love ❤️ sushi then go to Full Moon Sushi ? in Tustin. Tonight was my third time and it was SO good ?. I had the Gyoza (pan fried) and Baked Mussels for starters. My main dishes were The Volcano Roll and Jalapeño Yellow Tail roll. Paired with the large Kirin Beer it was AMAZING! My waitress Nao (pronounced Now) was spot on! She took care of my every need. I highly recommend her if you can request her. I'm not sure if they do that but she was GREAT!
Inexpensive and great service. Hot sake just ok.
