My fav tonkotsu ramen! The rice bowls are really good too!
Im really picky but found VERY little not to like here! The easy listening music was a little intrusive--that's it! A legitimate 4.9!
My favorite ramen in OC
05/20/2025 overall good
I'm not the biggest fan of ramen but I liked this one! It's a bit pricey (almost $20 per bowl) but that's SoCal! And the bowls are well served. They are rich in flavor. Be warned that there is a waiting system so you probably want to make a reservation beforehand. We registered in person an hour before closing and were let in within 20 minutes. I've never craved ramen before but I am this time!
Great japanese ramen spot.
By far one of the better Ramen Places I've had the pleasure of dining at. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and aesthetically charming. Our server was quick with service and the food was top tier. The Karage was crispy and juicy and the tonkatsu ramen was creamy and incredibly filling! Overall would recommend this place

I’ve gotten this place a couple times through delivery, and I keep coming back for more! I’m usually not a huge ramen fan, but the tonkotsu broth was a perfect mix of flavor and richness without being overwhelming. Loved the noodle texture, the egg was not bad, appreciated the vegetables, and the chashu was fatty but yummy.
I’ve also gotten the cold dipping noodles before—can’t say I was as big of a fan but it could be personal preference! Wasn’t spicy like I was expecting given how red the dipping sauce was.

The food was amazing - I plan to go again to try another ramen or one of their bowls. I'm a fan of the design of the restaurant.

Overall, the food was delicious, but the noodles seemed undercooked or clumped together, possibly due to insufficient stirring during cooking. The store was very cold, but the staff was friendly.

I stumbled across this place after receiving a massage, and the food was so good. My first experience was magnified by the kindness of the employees there. Stefany, the manager, was super kind to me as I asked her tons of questions about her make up because it was flawless, and I know that has nothing to do with the food or the restaurant, but the fact that she took the time to answer the questions I had about her make up while I was waiting for my food just says a lot. There was also another girl atthe cash register who was super sweet. I can’t remember her name, but she just exuded such kindness. Every employee has just been so kind each time I’ve visited because I am quite indecisive sometimes.

It seems like there was a problem with the cooking on the day of my visit (the spinach had a strange perfume smell, the chashu was lightly seasoned), but the noodles were not tasty.
I think it was yellow egg noodles, but they had no egg flavor or flour flavor.
The soup and toppings tasted like they were homemade, rather than ready-made, which was good, but the overall balance of flavor and the quality of the noodles were disappointing.
