Small girl with the braces and working the drive thru on 8/6 at 6:30 needs some serious training on customer service. Not a smile, didn’t repeat my order, didn’t even ask if I wanted condiments, or provided utensils.
When I kindly asked her for it, she snapped and asked me to have a better attitude.
Simply because I asked her kindly.
Corporate needs to see this and fire her because it is not the first time.

My Smashburger was so good! The bun was buttered and grilled to perfection! Our fries were hard and lukewarm. In-N-Out was recommended from a Cali resident and she was shocked about our experience with the fries. Must've been an off day but will try again! The ladies at the front desk taking orders were polite and efficient even though they were busy the entire time we were there!
