I saw a video of this restaurant in youtube and was ready to go there and just after I put this location on map then i got to know it is in USA not in New Zealand 😢

Very good Indian food. Chicken tandoori and naans were exceptional. Mango lassi included in the buffet. Good and pleasant service, the staff is cleaning the food counter a lot.

Avoid, food is poor quality, meats especially, tandoori chicken has a bleached bitter flavor. Feel bad Americans have this as a example of indian dishes.

The buffet food variety is there but generally bland in taste. There is one goat dish, the rest is chicken or vegetarian. Serve yourself mango lassi and chai.

I had violent food poisoning by evening. I hadn't eaten anything prior to the lunch buffet at 11AM. I was uncomfortable and in pain the rest of the day. I tried to sleep it off but woke up in the middle of the night to puke 🤮. I felt better immediately after vomiting. No other symptoms so this is clearly food poisoning.

Was super excited to eat at Masala Bae. My friend had been hyping the lunch buffet for so long and we would always talk about coming to eat here on a Saturday morning. Well today was finally the day and it really didn’t disappoint.
We showed up pretty much as soon as it opened and only had to wait about five minutes before we could start getting food from the buffet. It was all so delicious! The standouts for me were the paneer and the chili chicken. I felt like these two dishes complemented each other incredibly well. I am not much of a dessert guy but I also tried the different desserts they had and I enjoyed them very much. Especially the custard with the fruits.
The waitstaff were all amazing as well. Super welcoming and friendly, they made us feel right at home. It was nice and cold inside which was also great because of the heat outside. Would love to come back and eat here again.

Had the lunch buffet here. There was a good amount of people seated when we came. Didn't have to wait in line or anything. Food was fresh and constantly being replenished. We enjoyed every option. The mango lassi was a nice touch to our meal. The servers made their rounds often and refilled our water along with providing fresh naan baskets to each table. They also tidy up the buffet area and make sure it's clean too
