Came here 4 days ago they messed up my order I called in to let them know, the lady wrote down my name and phone number (at least she said she did) I come in today to get the order remade all of a sudden they don’t have any record of me calling. They r very rude here they have no customer service skills!! And the guy at the register was so rude!! Telling me u should have come back the same day, I was already home. Anyways, this Jack in the box is a joke!! I’m not letting this go going to call corporate the manager could have just been nice and gave me the stupid sandwich I’m not lying about this over 5 bucks. It’s just the lack of customer service. I’m going to in n out!! lol. But for reals, this is ridiculous, especially the way they treated me as if I was making this up. Again not letting this go I’m going to call corporate and make a big deal out of it!!

Everytime I come to this location I’m always disappointed I never get my order right the staff doesn’t even try, when I try to ask for a refund they can’t even help with that no one here knows how to do their job it’s unfortunate that if I want jack in the box I have to drive to the next closest location to me.

Waited for almost 20 minutes for my order to be taken and not one employee greeted us or made an attempt to take our order. While I do understand they can get busy completely ignoring the costumers it’s okay. I have no problem waiting if I were to be acknowledged. We did want to get them a chance and wait it out but even when the employees and manager was us staying right in front of the register not one person gave us the time of day.

I ordered a supreme croissant and the sandwich look more like a breakfast jack. The lady in drive thru was rude and unprofessional with not trying to fix the issue. She gave me major attitude. She's normally nice, maybe it was bad morning for her but it doesn't excuse how my sandwich look. Nothing like the pic or my normal supreme croissant sandwich in the past.

Cashier EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! This is not the first time that this lady treats me and others with LACK OF RESPECT! I was waiting for someone to take my order for more than 5 minutes and when she was ready, I was on the phone and she started screaming at me. I’m DONE. You have lost another customer!
