It is remarkable that some of the individuals that work in the fast food industry make $20/hr. now. Out of 3 items it doesn't seem too hard to forget what to put in the bag. Missing items are the biggest issue here, you would think the online ordering would help with that, but it doesn't. It's just so repetitive that it has become expectation now.

I ordered and paid for the bacon double smash jack, but didn't get it. The main reason I ordered it it was for my breakfast at work.5AMish 2 tacos, 2 hashbrowns, 7 piece stuffed Jalapeños, sour dough jack, Bacon double smash jack $19.80ish. I would have also ordered 2 Fish Wraps but there out of fish... 2 things I wanted most..bummer ?

Spicy chicken sandwich and a drink - really spicy, Lots of lettuce made a really good sandwich. Took my order right away and brought my food out with a smile. For fast food it was first rate visit.

Just here to call out Brenda who works in the morning. Rude as hell. She needs to work in the back where no customers are present. Won’t be returning. I’d rather drive to 17th where they actually respect their customers. No manners whatsoever. Speaks rudely and makes you feel like you’re bothering her.

They get orders wrong often and they don't understand the concept of a price difference when you ask for the correct item. Food is just slapped together and sometimes cold.
