They closed their lobby a half hour before the closing time THATS ONLINE. Two LADIES working, and REFISUSED to let me me in even though I showed them the HOURS of the LOBBY POSTED on on the door….long story short, I got there at 9:30PM & THE LOBBY closes at 10pm and CC they locked the doors and directed me elsewhere. Worst experience ever . I live right by, and love that I can walk over there, but no, they dictate their own closing time. So I will no longer spend money there. PEACE JB if I could give monsters I would.

They have some workers there who are against the use of gloves while handling food. The ratio between (the time it takes to wash your hands vs the time it takes to flip to the right video at 12AM) it’s getting to me. It’s nothing against these guys but cmon wear some gloves.

4/30/2025 Stopped in here with a friend for lunch his treat. He ordered us x2 buttery smashed jack burgers. Food was delicious. Customer service at an all time high. Staff kind, friendly, and helpful. Dining area clean and prepped, or in use. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Jack in the Box! Drove through got home and order was incomplete when I got home. I called 5 times and no one picked up, I called 10 more times and employees took the phone off the hook so they wouldn't have to resolve the issue.
