They have some workers there who are against the use of gloves while handling food. The ratio between (the time it takes to wash your hands vs the time it takes to flip to the right video at 12AM) it’s getting to me. It’s nothing against these guys but cmon wear some gloves.

4/30/2025 Stopped in here with a friend for lunch his treat. He ordered us x2 buttery smashed jack burgers. Food was delicious. Customer service at an all time high. Staff kind, friendly, and helpful. Dining area clean and prepped, or in use. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Jack in the Box! Drove through got home and order was incomplete when I got home. I called 5 times and no one picked up, I called 10 more times and employees took the phone off the hook so they wouldn't have to resolve the issue.

Refused to honor the advertised price on the menu. They even came out to check the menu, saw what the advertised price was, and still refused to honor it. I won't be back
They just keep messing the orders, the food looks like they got into a wrestle match with the kitchen ladies. Not worth you guys money.

Absolutely the worst Jack in the box! I had a coupon for a $20.00 family meal deal. They couldn't figure out how to enter the coupon. They couldn't even calculate what the amount should be with sales tax! I ended up paying full price and just asked for the coupon back. Being a location in Tustin where a majority of people speak English, they should have people who have a better understanding of the language. The best thing was the buns were hard. Considering that these people get paid $20.00 per hour, you would expect that they would be able to enter the coupon discount, or be able to enter a sale into the tegister for the proper amount, and be able to understand English.
