I showed up before closing, and there were three gentlemen in there none of which were going to serve me because they were closing soon. As a small business owner myself, I can’t afford to close my doors five minutes or 10 minutes even before it’s time to close. if you’re gonna be open till 9 o’clock, be open till 9 o’clock. On a positive note, the three guys were very nice, but they still wouldn’t serve me.

Excellent food selection that is very similar to East Coast delis where they slice their own meats. Solid cheesesteaks with good bread. Bread could be better but it is good enough for a solid sandwich.

Luis takes great pride in the restaurant, and it truly shows in the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. His professionalism and dedication create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location were spectacular. My friend has gluten and dairy allergies. The team took the time to clarify with us, wiped everything down extremely thoroughly, and communicated clearly with one another how to handle her sandwich. We have visited other locations and have been pleased with how they handle allergies, but we were blown away by this team. We felt extremely respected. Amazing team, we are so grateful for the attentiveness.

Went in at 12 for a quick sandwich. Seemed like they had a lot of to go orders but not busy with customers. Employees seemed irritated and expressed frustration with one another. Ordered the kahuna cheesesteak in a wrap. Got to my office 5 min away and cold and tiny. Took a pic for comparison next to a 12oz soda. If they pride themselves on charging 16 bucks for a wrap you can eat in 4 bites they should be very proud.

Bathrooms were dirty no toilet paper no seat covers it smelled ,also the rest of the place was dirty no one cleans the tables n apparently the place it self n makes me wonder about the food 🧐

Totally horrible experience. Ordered online 20 minutes before i arrived at the store. Once I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. The order was wrong. So I had to wait longer!!! No apologies given. No thank you for your business. Employees could care less. Please, please, please do not frequent this business. They do not deserve it. The crazy thing is that have them a generous tip online.

Yo, S/O to the Jersey mikes crew for hustling, and being an awesome crew! It was not only packed in the store, but they also had alot of uber eats/ door dash orders , but they still managed to get orders out swiftly! They also were very kind, and patient! And I didn’t catch his name, but the guy with the man bun, and glasses was handling it. Congrats guys 👏!

Went in and ordered two subs, 2 chips and two large drinks bill was $34+ gave them a $100 cash which I just got from my bank. They said they could not take it because it would take all their cash in there drawer??? Who does business this way? If you are unable to give someone cash back at $66 because it is going to take all your cash then you are not doing business correctly. Completely unprofessional, now your out making money off of my order plus you had already made my subs so now your business is out of the product. Does not take a genius to see that is how you lose a business. Will not ever be going back there. Plus they were rude in how they were handling the whole thing, no apology, no sorry for my inconvenience, just nothing as if I had wasted their time ?
