Bathrooms were dirty no toilet paper no seat covers it smelled ,also the rest of the place was dirty no one cleans the tables n apparently the place it self n makes me wonder about the food š§

Totally horrible experience. Ordered online 20 minutes before i arrived at the store. Once I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. The order was wrong. So I had to wait longer!!! No apologies given. No thank you for your business. Employees could care less. Please, please, please do not frequent this business. They do not deserve it. The crazy thing is that have them a generous tip online.
Fast and tasty
Yo, S/O to the Jersey mikes crew for hustling, and being an awesome crew! It was not only packed in the store, but they also had alot of uber eats/ door dash orders , but they still managed to get orders out swiftly! They also were very kind, and patient! And I didnāt catch his name, but the guy with the man bun, and glasses was handling it. Congrats guys š!
Went in and ordered two subs, 2 chips and two large drinks bill was $34+ gave them a $100 cash which I just got from my bank. They said they could not take it because it would take all their cash in there drawer??? Who does business this way? If you are unable to give someone cash back at $66 because it is going to take all your cash then you are not doing business correctly. Completely unprofessional, now your out making money off of my order plus you had already made my subs so now your business is out of the product. Does not take a genius to see that is how you lose a business. Will not ever be going back there. Plus they were rude in how they were handling the whole thing, no apology, no sorry for my inconvenience, just nothing as if I had wasted their time ?

Everything was amazing although one thing caught me off guard..
And really all it was, was that I heard the manager say.. āhey can someone go and find some one else to do this thingā (obviously not a direct quote however being a manager you should be more direct to what you need and who you need to doit instead of playing telephone. Iām big on customer service and everything else went smoothly. I should also mention that before the manager made that indirect order he was sitting in the lobby talking about car parts for about 10min.. not sure if he was on break and Iām just seeing this out of context or not but I just found it odd

Iāve been a regular at this location for about 2.5 years and these folks have genuinely made me feel like Iām a part of something bigger. I show up pretty much every day for my lunch since I work a few shops down and receive their smiles and āwelcome!āās like a warm blanket, covering me as soon as I step in the door. The consistency in their kindness and in the quality of their food truly gives me a sense of ease knowing that whatever Iāve had to deal with that day, I can rely on them for proper sustenance, both for the body and for the soul. They know my order by heart and have never once disappointed me. Even their suggestions have left me satisfied, despite usually being challenged by trying new things. To feel such a strong sense of community and trust with people that I spend only a handful of minutes with a week is so humbling and fulfilling. Truly a location worthy of praise. Thank you guys! We arrived at 7:30 at night for dinner, but a very bad experience, the employees make you feel like they are bothered by serving you... An hour and a half before closing and they are already cleaning the entire place and creating the feeling that you can't eat there ...We asked for the bathroom and were told it was out of service and 10 minutes later we clearly observed that one of the employees used the bathroom... We have frequented other Jersey Mike's Subs locations and this location is definitely ok. Neglected in every aspect , very bad employees, acceptable food, it is as if there was no Manager or the one who is there DOES NOT have the Capacity, Knowledge and Professionalism to Run and Maintain a restaurant, this Place requires a lot of Attention to Correct how bad it is.... No We returned here and I DO NOT recommend it.
