So disappointed! My order got messed up - chicken nuggets were missing and 2 sauces, ordered regular chicken pieces to be extra crispy but it definitely was not extra crispy. The sweet tea tasted like apple juice. I called the location 3 times and no one picked up - which that was really the upsetting part. I understand people make mistakes and orders can be done wrong by accident but to not even answer the phone is completely unacceptable and honestly shows the lack of care for customers!

I placed a order Saturday morning, there was a huge parade going and I was unable to get to the location. I drive around for 30 minutes driving to find a way around the parade but couldn't do it. I called the location and told them about it all and that I needed to cancel my order , said I needed to call customer service so I did. Once I spoke to customer service they said someone would call me back to discuss the issue and issue a refund. I still haven't heard anything back from anyone and I spoke to customer service again to but they still can't issue a refund since this location isn't responding to there emails to find out what happened.

I stopped by to purchase 4 piece combo#3, charged me $12.58. When I got home, there are only 2 pieces in my portion. They are not that busy. So disappointed!!!

Extraordinarily slow and rude individual working the cash register. She was busy taking personal calls instead of getting orders. Lazy. A simple 8 piece bucket with 2 sides should not take 25 minutes. Do better KFC.

I am a doordash driver for one doordash order should not take longer than the drive-thru these restaurants don't understand if you make a driver wait 10 minutes you're actually taking money out of his pocket that's one less order he can get an hour also too he's now made late for other people. If these restaurants can't handle the orders maybe they shouldn't accept doordash

first of all the gentle behind the counter was very nice and helpful he gets 5 stars. The chicken was awful! It was absolutely almost inedible. Everyone of my pieces were Soggy, not hot nor crispy. I did see the chicken sitting on the rack under a warmer but felt bad asking because that guy was the only one working up front. The inside of the store was dated, dirty and looks like it did in 1971 when ai first went there after moving to Tustin. What a disappointment! Again, the employee was very nice but Food was awful, not fresh and soggy! Way to go Colonial 😩

I'm usually a big fan of KFC, but this location was honestly terrible. The food was completely overcooked, and they somehow managed to mess up the entire order. To make things worse, the Uber driver even went back to try and get the missing items, and they STILL didn’t give him everything. Absolutely unacceptable. If you're thinking of ordering from here—don’t. It was a huge letdown and not at all up to KFC’s usual standards.

I don’t know if it’s just a busy night but I ordered on line waited 20 minutes to ask about my order just to be told it would be 20 minutes longer. If I didn’t have to pay ahead of time on line I would’ve went somewhere else. So don’t order online because they are the lowest priority orders here. I have my wife texting me wondering why it’s taking so long. We should have went to campero chicken.
