first of all the gentle behind the counter was very nice and helpful he gets 5 stars. The chicken was awful! It was absolutely almost inedible. Everyone of my pieces were Soggy, not hot nor crispy. I did see the chicken sitting on the rack under a warmer but felt bad asking because that guy was the only one working up front. The inside of the store was dated, dirty and looks like it did in 1971 when ai first went there after moving to Tustin. What a disappointment! Again, the employee was very nice but Food was awful, not fresh and soggy! Way to go Colonial 😩

I'm usually a big fan of KFC, but this location was honestly terrible. The food was completely overcooked, and they somehow managed to mess up the entire order. To make things worse, the Uber driver even went back to try and get the missing items, and they STILL didn’t give him everything. Absolutely unacceptable. If you're thinking of ordering from here—don’t. It was a huge letdown and not at all up to KFC’s usual standards.

I don’t know if it’s just a busy night but I ordered on line waited 20 minutes to ask about my order just to be told it would be 20 minutes longer. If I didn’t have to pay ahead of time on line I would’ve went somewhere else. So don’t order online because they are the lowest priority orders here. I have my wife texting me wondering why it’s taking so long. We should have went to campero chicken.

After paying for the order, the employee informed me that I had to wait 20 minutes for the food to be prepared. Order No. 3 was 4 pieces of chicken or replaced with boneless chicken pieces, even though there was a difference in price between the two orders. Unfortunately, he gave me 3 boneless, dry pieces and only one wing, and the order was missing potatoes. Also, this is why I will not return to this restaurant again
Soggy chicken in bucket. Had to wait 7 mins to get condiment & did not get a forks.KFC now need to pay $20/ hour & workers have to work as three persons. Idea - put the condiments & utensil out so customers can get it themselves. Instead, put the to go food, cups with names so we can get it ourselves.
