Krispi Hot Chicken (Halal hand cut)

First time ordering fried chicken from this place.
I ordered 24 pieces of the legs and thighs.
I wanted to order all legs. But unfortunately not possible.
The chicken tasted really good and crispy.
Though my family prefer the legs more, so ended with lots of thighs leftovers, but all the chicken legs were gone.
I wish they'd allow the option of just chicken legs like Popeyes. I'd come back more if there's that option.

The lunch deal was good. The fries were tasty (had the cajun) and the leg and thigh combo was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I had medium spicy and it was perfect. I also had the chicken burger. I wasn’t a fan of the bun, but it was ok. I would recommend the fried chicken over the chicken burger. The owner was friendly.

I work at a local bicycle shop and We absolutely love Kripsi Hot Chicken! All there food is Very Deliciouse.

Food is great but the lady behind the counter is rude and makes you feel unwelcome. It must be me. I’m not sure what I could’ve done but she must not like for some reason. Absolutely will not be back.

She was very annoyed that I was paying with a $50 bill. She said she didn’t have the change when she did. Then said she didn’t have the coin change - I said don’t worry about it. The entire time she’s giving me weird annoyed looks. She’s seems tired and stressed. I just want to eat some chicken not deal with her attitude. Never a hello how you doing. Welcome back. Nothing just tha Gen Z stare and vibe. It was enough that I called and she refused to speak with me said she didn’t understand English. I asked for a manager and she said call back tomorrow. When I placed the order I asked for two sauces. She said no problem. When she hands me the order I ask if the sauce is there. I remind her that o asks for it on the phone. She doesn’t remember.

Hands me the food like she’s handing it to someone she despises. I was really excited about this place. I want to support local businesses but when someone makes you feel like you’re a problem and your money doesn’t matter - I simply cannot support that business. I realize this is not everyone’s experience. It was mine.

Really good. I couldn't finish the fries because I was so full. They give you really generous proportions. The seasoning and sauces are so good. Just be ready to sweat, because if you order spicy, it's REALLY spicy.

The food was very tasty and priced affordably.
The fries and chicken were packed separately which ensured that they both arrived still crispy, which I appreciate.
The coleslaw was seasoned perfectly and very fresh.

The chicken is pretty crispy and the sides are yummy. Fries are pretty good but a bit on the pricier side.

One of the best chicken places in OC. Will definitely come back, rain or shine. The community is simple: show kindness get kindness. Wish health, wealth, and prosperity for this establishment.

Delicious, reasonably priced halal food in a quiet corner. The owner was very welcoming. The chicken was juicy and crispy. The smash burger was really good. I would love to go again for the food.
