Cinnamon rolls are bought from the supermarket and they upsell them. Place is disgusting inside and out. They need to remove all the bullshit signs and stuff on the windows. Place needs a renovation. Customer service was zero, even negative

Shocking and Insulting Customer Service
I am absolutely appalled by my experience at Kay's Donuts. 😡 I walked in with my own cup and politely asked for a simple cup of ice. 🧊 It was a hot day, 🌞 and I mentioned I was taking the bus 🚌, but the staff's rude and dismissive response left me stunned. This women was over 60, not homeless, and their excuse about the ice machine being down was clearly a lie. 🚫🧊
What really stings is the comparison to the taco place next door. 🌮 I handed them my cup, and not only did they fill it with ice, but they gave me a bigger cup—no questions asked! 🙌 They treated me with dignity and kindness, the way customers should be treated. ❤️
Kay's Donuts should be ashamed. 😠 Their behavior was disgraceful, and they clearly don’t value their customers. If this is how they operate, I hope others avoid this place like I will. 🚶♂️

American dream donut shop I went to a donut shop down the street that wanted $7 a donut 2 units big
blow her a kiss for me 😘
Great place for a quick bite. The woman working there is so nice and her protein smoothie is delicious. Me and my boyfriend occasionally go here after the gym.

The lady at the counter was nice during my time there but I’m trying to understand how a blended mocha and 2 donuts came out to $12? The drink must have been $7 and each was donut $2 + $1 tax making it $12? It was an old fashioned donut and a jelly filled. Very high price for a corner donut shop. I probably wouldn’t have cared that it was expensive if the quality justified it but the donuts just arent good donuts. I wouldn’t come back here.

The jelly filled donuts were bad and the complementary doughnut holes didnt have any glaze... I wasn't handed a reciept which is a red flag. The cashier was persistant on cash. $16.50 for 6 donuts; price did not reflect quality. Extremly greasy and old donuts too. Very dissapointed.

$8 for a regular not flavorful coffee and a simple cream a cheese bagel. Not worth it.
Bit into the donut and oil came seeping out! They were completely inedible. I was refused a refund for a couple DOZEN donuts :( never going back.
Very friendly. Great service with great prices. Dino's and coffee are good. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed, came in at 6ish AM. Usually donut shops have freshest donuts at this time, I ended up with a stale donut from the day before and not to mention them being a tiny bit smaller than other places. I paid almost $5 bucks for a small coffee and a old donut.
Lady is so kind and welcoming - she even gave us some free donut holes! The breakfast croissants are very good and fulfilling, donuts are tasty as well. If you want great customer service and food, this is the place to go!
Absolutely love this place! Been going here for over 20 years and it's amazing how this place has stayed the same. Great quality, great staff and fair prices! If there's one certainty in this crazy, ever changing world, it's that K's donuts will always be delicious!
Amazing peanut butter donut and other great selections. The chocolate chip ones were huge!
Friendly service, clean with lots of options!
