High-quality omakase. Refreshing fish salad, soft steam egg, and all the amazing nigiri really impressed me!

Visited this restaurant for lunch omakase.
Gorgeous and classy interior with upscale, tasteful dining wares. With only 10 bar seats (no tables), the space feels exclusive and intimate.

The food was close to perfection. Each course was paced a bit faster than I would’ve liked, and I wasn’t a huge fan of the toro and pickled radish combo toward the end of the 7-sushi course—the radish was a bit too overpowering and masked the flavor of the toro.

Loved the dessert: shiso sorbet!

Overall, I rate this restaurant 4.5/5 — highly recommend. Their lunch omakase is very reasonably priced.

Wow! This place far exceeded our expectations.
My husband and I visited to celebrate his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had the Omakase for lunch, and every single course blew us away. Each piece of sushi offered a uniquely exquisite flavor, with the fish practically melting in our mouths. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were truly top-notch.
This was an incredible culinary journey—an absolute must for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine!

We had the shorter course omakase and it was amazing! We have tried omakase all over LA and also some in OC, and this is one of the top experiences. It would be nice for these chefs to explain how they came up with each course/flavor profile. I’m sure it gets repetitive so maybe have the sous chef or the host do it because it is always your guest’s special dinner. I think it’s the chef culture in Japan because I have never had anything explained to me, just the ingredients used.

Great fish quality. I particularly enjoyed the stripe jack and the piece with yuzu (forget the name). I enjoyed the Ambiance and decor as well. The only feedback I would give is that I felt a little rushed. I get that there was another seating after us, but I’ve been to many restaurants with timed seatings and didn’t feel rushed. Still worth coming back though.
