The prices are high and the service was rude. The girl said only three samples per person, even though my son hadn’t tried any. Other employees are always kind and let us try more. If they don’t like helping customers, they shouldn’t be working there. My son and I left without eating because of the bad service.

Real Mexican flavors. It can be ice cream, Cheetos with chamoy or just something healthy like cucumbers and jicama with lime, this place definitely has great snacks and desserts.

I ordered an esquite and paid $15 for it I know it's my fault for not asking price but I find it sad that their excuse for costing that much is things went up but they're are taking advantage of hard working people I know ingredients cost money but they're making lots of profit out of it but I just need to say it and I dislike that they don't have prices on the screen and you feel pressured in buying cause if you start asking prices they look at you in some type of way and plus not even in Newport Beach when you get a cone of ice cream at the pier does it cost you that ridiculous amount of money.

Is a horrible day, and after investing 41 $usd they send me, outside, the building, is A 101 Fahrenheit ,and outside the place A smell like piss , there is only 2 tables, and we have, to wait ,for the other customers done to sit. The coment ,we got is because no buddy used it, they removed the tables and chairs,.
Terrible service, I don't recommend it, the old ladies there don't treat the men equally, they send them well and they don't give the same portion for what they charge, they are a bunch of thieves, everything is very expensive and apart from that, there are even flies inside the place ???

I had ordered nachos without jalapeños for my daughter who always orders. I got home gave them to her and as soon as she started eating them she was spiced out as if they had accidentally put the jalapeños and removed them because the employee did ask me twice if I wanted jalapeños or not as if she had already put them by mistake so i called the store to see if I can refund them or exchange them and the older blonde lady who looks likes she’s in her mid 40’s who answered the phone was being EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn’t want refund us the money or exchange them because “they don’t do next day refunds” not to mention it was 3 minutes before closing which means she didn’t even give the option to go back tonight since they were “already closed” this is not the first time we’ve had an issue with her. She’s extremely rude.

I ordered an Esquite and she served me 3/4 of the glass.I tried to explain to him that they are always well served and he kept quiet saying that if I wanted it well, that's how they sold all the time, if you don't like their work, let it go, I won't go back to that store...
