They don’t adjust the price for not wanting the add ons. Which is sad considering we should get what we pay for not pay for less.

Was disappointed. I got the brulee green milk tea cuz it looked liked omomo. When I took my first sip, my face just hung... It was too sweet, did not enjoy it at all. I ended up not finishing the drink and had to throw it out with how sweet it was. The hostess were pretty nice though, give them that.

Good drinks, hit or miss customer service. Ordered through their self order kiosk, while no one was in the shop. After about 7 minutes the worker came back and stood around on her phone. While 2 customers waited for their drinks. After about 15 minutes the worker finally looked at the orders and began to make the drinks.

Located inside of the Union Market. Besides the stable items on the menu, Leaf N Cream also offers "Customized Drinks" which would allow you to choose 3 different flavors and mixed it into one drink. Some of the flavors available include vanilla, guava, rose, vanilla bean and pomegranate etc. At first I wanted to order a milk green tea with rose and vanilla bean, but the staff recommended that I go with the vanilla syrup instead. She explained to me that the vanilla bean is on the sweeter side and could be way too dominant to pair with rose. As it turns out, the Rose Vanilla Green Milk Tea was pretty good. It was sweet, floral and smooth. However, it was indeed on the sweeter side so I will definitely adjust the sugar level to either 50% or 75% on my future visits. And also, the drink doesn't have much of a tea flavor so I would not recommend Leaf N Cream if you dig strong and bold tea flavor in drinks. Tip: Please beware that Apple Pay is not accepted when ordering through kiosk.

Excellent service and so helpful. Looking through the menu confuses you b cause there are so many great options. We were greeted by a friendly staff member, sorry I didn't get your name, but she was so helpful in describing the different options. I finally came to my decision and went with a Vietnamese coffee. That drink was so strong, but it was delicious. I really liked your different cups. Something about them made my drinking experience better. Lol

opted for the taro boba. was not good. it was something that i would not want to try again. with that said, i won't be back. on the plus side, the girl behind the counter was nice, attentive, and very informative.

There's something to be said about a place that makes a good drink that isn't overly sweet. Got an interesting Ube drink here and it looks beautiful. Cold and well mixed. However, of note it was flavorful and not very sweet as I asked for less sweetener and they made it great. You find that a lot of drink places just add on a little extra sugar, but for those watching there weight or calories, this place will suit you well. Ambiance was nice too, a quaint little store. There's always a few people though so it's clear that the locals like this place. Would drop by here again when I'm in the area.

Mid. There's better boba places in Irvine nowadays. Milk teas are not that good. If you come here, get a fruit tea

Worst place to have a boba tea in OC.... super costly , . super sweet even when u say no sugar... they use cheap quality sugar syrup for flavouring. Staff works on written Instructions , customization is useless
