Very small amount of food for the price....

It seems that portions are smaller for the sides with the higher prices.

Avoid. Came in for lunch at noon, not crowded, food came out 30 mins after ordering, 3 salads and a lunch 2 meat combo. Combo plate sauce burned to the wax paper, tri tip on salads dry and tough. Not worth the wait and certainly not worth the portions. Avoid. Shown is the lunch 2 item combo. 3oz of partially pulled pork and a burned sausage. Sat in the pass too long. Potato salad was fantastic.

Fun atmosphere and good food. Service is a little spotty and food quality inconsistent.

Celebrated my little sister's birthday there. Food was great. Fun times with all the family. We made reservations and had to wait about 20 minutes. We got the family pack it wasn't too expensive.

Louis was an amazing service, very attentive and friendly. I would come back just to sit in his section. Food was perfect and came out quickly. One of the best experiences at a Lucilles.

The food was really good and the management was so helpful. It was a busy night tonight and management helped with orders. I won’t hold the server accountable for coming late to take our order but I will say they have a rude host. This host with botched surgeries on what I’m assuming is a woman was really rude and had attitude for no reason like sir we just came here to eat. And then the host was talking to the server that we were rude, but you get the attitude your workers give. 5 stars for food but I hope that thing gets checked

We found this place for a late Thanksgiving dinner and we were so delighted! Team was busy but gracious and we were seated within 15 min (we put ourselves on waitlist). Food was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves! Couldn’t recommend this place enough for filling our Thanksgiving tummies, will be back!

UPDATE: The assistant manager called me and apologized. He told me he wanted to make it right. He offered to have our family back in. He told me he would be in touch in the next couple of days. That was on September 30th. Two additional emails to him asking if they have spoken to the manager. All have been ignored.

Had an absolute awful experience here. Came into the restaurant with 4 adults and 3 kids. We were seated quickly and when our server came over, we ordered our drinks and food. 45 minutes later and we were still waiting for salads and the kids meal. We asked several servers but no one was willing to help. Finally we talked to a manager named George. Not only did he not apologize, but he seemed arrogant and unwilling to help. After speaking with him, we waiting another 10 minutes before deciding to leave since our kids were starving. We then asked to speak to the manager again on the way out. After waiting for 5-10 minutes we finally walked back to the bar/kitchen area to tell them we were leaving. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at Lucillle's. We usually have great service and food. I think they really need to question whether George is the best face for their company. This could have easily been diffused if he showed that he cared even a little bit about taking care of his customers.
