Everytime i go thru the drive-thru they happen to forget something last time i ask for an apple pie they forgot . I call they said to come back and get it , i did not have time to come back I only get 30 minutes lunches. And then my fries and small things like this.

I recently moved to the area, & this is my go to McDonalds. The morning shift is amazing, but the night shift on the other hand have such a nasty attitude….the times I’ve come here they mess up my order, forget to give me my fries, or when I asked for sauce they express their annoyance & throw it in the bag with attitude…I stopped coming here & today I didn’t want to drive to the Redhill/tmp locations so I came here….again they were rude & had an attitude while I was ordering & when I asked for ketchup. The person providing this customer service ended up being the manager Carlos…he’s not the only one Clarissa has also been very rude over the intercom to the point where I heard her bad mouthing us for ordering & a guy ended taking over for her b/c she started to be rude to us….im not sure why Clarissa or Carlos work here if they’re always expressing there annoyance on customers they literally make you feel like it’s your fault that they work here….& to find out Carlos was was the manager I was surprised he changed his attitude real quick when I asked. The Night Shift is my reason for going to the other locations. They need different jobs they love to show how much they hate it there.

This morning I ordered breakfast sandwich at 10:34 AM via app and went to pick it up around 10:45 AM. They said they do not serve breakfast sandwich after 10:30 AM. The app says that breakfast sandwich is available until 12 PM. The order had to be cancelled right at the spot. I do not understand how this 219 billion dollar company cannot imply a common sense to their business practice.

Slowest service I’ve gotten in ages. Over 15 minutes waiting in a curbside spot. Could have gone elsewhere, ordered in person and left faster than this. Beyond ridiculous. Do better training your staff. Wasn’t even busy, either.

Wow, there was a horde of customers waiting for orders this morning. This location must be short staffed or not managed properly. On top of that the gentleman serving food and taking orders was very sick! Stay home! Stop spreading illness! YUCK! Very upset lobby. Drive-thu was fine. I would opt for that.

This location has been remodeled to focus on mobile orders and kiosks. It's lost a lot of its charm, and is very utilitarian. The drive through here is very, very busy.
They took too long to serve, I waited around 20 minutes to get my order.

After being overcharged and waiting 14 mins for my money and food to be ready, because the manager on duty was on her break. I had to canceled my order. This place is not what it used to be when it was under the Frisbie Management Company !!!
