My husband and I decided to treat ourselves today and we're extremely disappointed on numerous counts.Normally fresh McDonald's fries are so good. However, today, that was not the case. I always order the Filet o Fish without cheese and did so today. But l, alas, it came with cheese - a total turn off. My husband ordered the chicken McNuggets with the Sweet and Sour sauce. There was no sauce in the bag.

I brought my grandkids there mid morning and they wanted chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, those are only available starting at lunch. I think they said 11am. Just a heads up.

They don't have menu pictures on the cash register, so you have to use the order kiosk to know what you are getting. Secondly, the customer service is not really the best here. After they go inside, you don’t see them again, and they don’t come outside to check if people are asking for something. The French fries aren't fresh. They're a little soggy because they're made upfront. I asked them to give me fresh French fries. I waited for 12 minutes.

They never clean this place. Never clean tables to eat at. Trash on the floor, everywhere. If you have a small child, just know that the only way they “clean” the playplace is an old guy comes out in the mornings and sprays it down with a hose from the outside. I made the mistake of going inside of this thing with my son and just wow. Ignorance is bliss.
I like this location because they still have a soda fountain and a play place. It probably won’t be too long before McDonald’s corporate decides to take those away and turn it into yet another soulless pickup only dystopia.
Update: Feb 2025 - remodel has removed the self serve soda fountain. Only took two months after posting this! Just an average spot now.

Terrible costumer service at the drive thru. I was ordering just a kids meal at the radio and the guy taking my order wasn’t responding until I repeated myself 3x. Then he replied by raising his voice and saying “I got it anything else”. I responded by saying “no but since you don’t respond I didn’t know if you heard me.” He just replies “Next window”. When I got to the window he took my payment and I began to say “kindness is part of being in customer service” when he cuts me off to say next windows and shuts his window on me and locks it as if I’m going to try to attack him. At the next window I complain to his manager who tries so brush me off by saying he’ll talk to him. I get home and they didn’t give us any sauce for the nuggets. Awful service. Avoid like the plague.

This is honestly the worst McDonald's ever...my wife went to pick up some free fries for her birthday and was given attitude because the worker had to run food out to cars because they didn't disable pick up at counter on their app. The worker made my wife cry with her attitude today I would recommend never going to this McDonald's. I have had bad experiences with this McDonald's but this takes the cake

I just called not to long ago to ask a simple question I don't why she caught an attitude... anyways I had to write a review because it was rude for her to talk like that I even said "you ain't gotta talk to me like that" stayed silent after that so I hung up...
