If I could give a zero to this franchise I will! I live in the area and as a mom of small boys I go there quite a lot and they make soooo many mistakes with food orders or forget to add items that you paid thru in the drive thru. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG before you drive off! I once had got out of my car in the drive thru and walk into the cashier because they missed something on my order and they were giving me a hard time because I had exited my car to go correct a mistake that they made because I didn’t “park” where I was supposed to park, how in the world am I supposed to know where to park because you made a mistake on my order. It has happened so many times and many times I let it go but today I finally called. I am so tired of giving you guys my money for free because you always miss items in my order! Today again they missed an order of 10 chicken nuggets, I had order 20 and only got 10. This has happened so many times, one time it was 40 chicken nuggets and I only got 10. It’s not even funny anymore. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN COUNT AND READ! I understand human mistakes happen but they are happening so often that I just can’t understand what type of employees they have working here. So many incompetent employees, mistake after mistake. Management has the worst customer service. They don’t even give you anything extra at least a dam coupon or something for the fact that I had to drive back to claim a food that I already paid! When I called the only option was to go back and pick it up or to pick it up another day! The least you could had done was to refund my money back for the 10 chicken nuggets into my credit card since I placed on online order and save me the drive back! Worst customer service ever!

Worst McDonald's to date. Don't use the mobile pick up. Sat in car for about 15 minutes. I walked inside and saw my order sitting on the back counter. After awhile I got one workers attention. She did not look very happy to help me. I could see she was busy and told her thank you and she just glared at me, I felt bad for her despite her poor customer service. Skip this location unless your having a hunger emergency.

The person who took my order was moving very slow. Others were getting their orders before me and it didn't seem like they were getting anything different than I was. It was frustrating.

I used to love this McDonald's. My experiences were always positive during every shift, but now I can only vouch for the morning shift. The morning staff is sweet, professional, and my food is ALWAYS FRESH! However, lately, when I order from the swing or night shift, there's a noticeable decline in attitude and food quality. While there are still a few professional staff members, the lazy and unprofessional ones are the culprits behind cold or refried fries.As a customer I fear receiving FOOD from BAD energy. People can be CRUEL, and I'm not sure if I'm willing to take the risk of eating at a place where my service isn't valued and respected.

The food is McDonalds food you know what your getting, and it was good. The workers didn't seem to work with any sense of urgency. Then about 10 teenagers/kids came in unattended making alot of ruckus and cussing profanities and the staff did nothing to to get the children to settle down. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

I ordered a Filet O Fish and it had a sticker in the sandwich. The last time I ordered a Filet O Fish they gave me a Big Mac in the Filet O Fish box. This location absolutely cannot get the orders right. The management and service is terrible too. They will just stare at you from behind the counter and not even ask how they can help you. I'm done with this location. It's not worth it anymore.
