I’d love to rate this higher, but there’s now been 3 times in a row with problems. Two previous times I’ve ordered a salad to-go and gotten home, started eating it, only to find a hair in it… twice. Then ordered a salad again and this time they didn’t even include the two ingredients which I requested via the app, to be on the side. The bag says it was QA’d but clearly it wasn’t and I should’ve checked before I left.

Mendocino farms has always had a special place in my heart but this location has especially kind staff they're always willing to help with your orders and they get your food out really quickly! You can see everything going on and how they carefully prepare your food. The line is never too long and it's conveniently located inside a whole foods everyone here is awesome and the general manager Colin is also very sweet!

Love stopping here for lunch dates with friends or taking my kiddos. The food is delicious, fresh, and healthy. What more can you ask for! It’s also located conveniently near various fun shopping stores like TJ Maxx, Barnes and Nobles, Target, Costco, and my vice - Nothing Bundt Cakes. Some days the line is and wait is a little longer than usual but it’s worth it!

Ive been coming to this Mendocino Farms for years now and I've always gotten a great experience. The service is amazing and food is soooo good. My favorites are the thai mango salad and Peruvian steak sando. The manager Colin goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I love that the staff comes and delivers your food at the bar. 😁 Thanks Mendo!

Ordered a sandwich and salad. No one was in line when I ordered. 40 min later I finally got my order. They should let you know that your fast food is going to take that long. What a waste of time.
Killer part is that I think they fired a girl right in front of me for getting someone else order slightly wrong? She left there crying let’s just say that. Makes you think they value customer service. Who would guess a minor mistake would get someone canned but a 40 min wait for take out is just normal
Just don’t go here cause life is short and you don’t want to spend it waiting for your fast food. And no, it’s not any healthier than McDonald’s
Easy online ordering was ready on time. Great consistent food. Manager onsite was attentive and interactive with customers. Parking during lunch time is challenging. Nice shopping center

The food is always amazing. We came with a huge group and everyone loved what they ordered. The counter and dining room service was fantastic but the food came out slowly. This cafe is inside of Whole Foods so the atmosphere is bustling.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Mendocino Farms, and the food at this location is consistently great. However, the service leaves much to be desired. I’ve dined here multiple times, and the biggest frustration is how orders are handled. They don’t use the buzzers to notify customers when food is ready, nor do they call out names. As a result, food just sits there, unattended, while customers are left waiting, unaware that their order is ready. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once, which makes the experience frustrating and disappointing. I really hope they address this issue because great food deserves great service.

I got the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada salad. It was excellent. One thing that really stood out to me today was the service at this location. It was pretty busy at lunch time on a Saturday and the staff were so nice. I think the gentleman in the dining area was the manager, he made an effort to talk to everyone, give updates on orders without even having to ask and was quick to wipe down tables as soon as they became available.

I enjoy their collection of sandwiches and the option to do a sandwich with soup. Parking is easy and there are other nearby shopping activities. Additionally, there’s a patio option if you want to bring your fur baby. Staff is super friendly and excellent at making recommendations if you are having a hard time deciding on something because it’s all so yummy!
